I am so pissed off at the current shitstorm with Google having cut 330 hectares of forest in Finland without proper prodecures to build a Data Center. Not specifically because it happened close to home (tho that too), but because I know whats going to follow.
They knew that would happen. And that is a consequence they can get away with.
Again, goes to show that if punishment for a crime is a fine, then its not a punishment for the rich. Its just essentially "pay this much to make it legal"
