3 weeks. Service still not working. I’ve given up on getting it fixed. Just disconnect the service & refund the amount & security deposit. I’ve been emailing almost every day, yet no resolution, no disconnection, & no refund. What’s the issue @JioCare? #jioscam

Last month too, the service was down for 12 days with no rent rebate (18th April- 1st May). This is very disappointing. Can someone please resolve this issue or help me discontinue the service? Get my security deposit? @JioCare
