The older I get, the more little things become profound. I bang on about it a lot, but the 2020 film 'The Man in the Hat' captures this feeling so beautifully that I can't help but want others to experience it if they haven't come across it.

I've just watched "The Man in the Hat".
It is the most amazingly beautiful and happy film. Utter, unadulterated joy! – at Sark, Bailiwick of Guernsey

A little homage to a brilliant film - @themaninthehat6 by @warbeckmusic. How could we visit the Camargue and not seek out these locations! #themaninthehat #camargue – at Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, France

The Man in the Hat is now on @PrimeVideo. Had the pleasure of filming this with some super talented people including our lead Ciarán Hinds. It’s beautifully made and I had the chance to fall over and be silly.
The excellent #CiaránHinds is at the Academy Awards tonight, nominated for his turn in #Belfast. We’ve had the joy of working with him on @TheHopeRooms and @theManintheHat6 - he’s an utter delight and a definite winner in my book. 🤞🤞🎶🍷👨🏼🌾🚙🎶 #AcademyAwards #themaninthehat

I’m heading into production on a feature soon and want to offer a couple of aspiring/up-and-coming producers the opportunity to do some shadowing if they fancy it. I’d have loved that coming up so keen to give it a try and will do it again on the next films too if goes well 🎬

One of the most interesting pieces of research and interviewing I’ve undertaken for @TheStage - it was fascinating to get my head round a whole new theatre medium: thestage.co.uk/advice/traini…

I don’t usually make recommendations but if you need a nice break from the news today I highly recommend The Man in the Hat on Prime Video starring the incomparable Ciarin Hinds. A beautiful film.
