Jamie hasn’t been fighting his whole life though. A few tourneys, though he notoriously stays out of those when he can. Maybe one short war since his teen years. How often does a Kingsguard really have to fight? We can assume a degree of atrophy in Jamie’s skills. Aragorn wins.
