If you don’t know Harper is a Conservative, and considered to be one of the strongest economic PMs in the history of Canada.
He spoke at Carney’s Canadian Investment Conference, and praised the PMs decision in walking away from US trade talks.
It’d be like Romney praising a Harris economic plan.
