Autumn in Knaresborough might just be one of the prettiest sights in Yorkshire 🍂 Tucked away in North Yorkshire, this charming market town transforms into a golden autumn wonderland every October, with colourful trees framing the iconic Knaresborough Viaduct above the River Nidd. There's something incredibly romantic about watching the seasons change here, especially when the riverside is glowing with autumn colour. A few tips for visiting Knaresborough in autumn: 🍂 Best time to visit: Mid to late October is often lovely for autumn foliage, although peak colours vary each year. 📸 Best photo spot: Waterside, where you can capture the famous railway viaduct reflected in the River Nidd. 🏡 Don't miss: The charming riverside cottages, Knaresborough Castle, and the little independent cafés around town. 🚂 Getting there: Knaresborough is easily reached by train from York or Harrogate, making it a lovely Yorkshire autumn day trip.

Marsh pride queen Kito!! I don't know what to make of this as I read on Facebook there is a smaller cub in the den with Kito and people think it's Naserian cub? Definitely a smaller cub in this sighting. Naserian was seen mating with Kini. 🎥 rushanpereraphotography Instagram

I am a bit addicted to photographing Ravens & then sharing them with all of you!! They were really friendly on their second visit today & they came within a few feet & mutual groomed. The first one might be my favourite yet. It might be a tad corny but I will call it soul mates😁

Just a quick feather check. Kimchi already knows she’s the main attraction. And since she’s one of the first animals you’ll see when you arrive, don’t miss her on your way in!

The Prince and Princess of Wales visited The Commons, in Belfast, where they learned about a project to transform a church at the heart of the diverse and vibrant Ormeau Road community into a self-sustaining community centre for all. If you’ll allow me to brag about my mother-in-law a bit, check out the birch tree cake she made for our son’s outdoor woodsy themed wedding. Even the “moss” was edible! I believe it was made of cake crumbs mixed in green frosting. So good.
