Tbh this is the part I think crypto still underrates.
The biggest consumer apps might not feel “crypto” at all, at-least not necessarily to be the first priority.
That’s also why I’m really interested in what @0xIntuition is building with its Flagship app.
It’s already pretty far along, and the approach feels similar: start with something people already understand; discovering and recommending books, movies, music, podcasts, etc. then let the crypto layer add more value underneath so simple.
You don’t even need to connect a wallet just to start exploring instead you start with your email.
Over time, those simple recommendations become part of an open knowledge graph where people can signal what they believe, see what others $trust, and eventually put value behind those signals.
The result would be :
Less “come use this because it’s Web3.”
More “come use this because it’s useful” and discover the crypto part later.
I think that’s where the next wave of consumer crypto apps comes from.

why isnt courtyard considered one of crypto flagship consumer apps?
they took an already huge real world market, removed some frictions with crypto rails and built a business people actually keep using
thats basically the playbook everyone says they want: existing demand + 10x product + sticky usage + growing revenue
yet it gets zero attention on CT because there is no token
pretty funny
Just try all your best to stay relevant in that ecosystem …
