Sounds like the team made some waves at the RESO conference 🌊🌊🌊 If you saw our CEO James' panel, you are also one of the lucky few to see a brand new product we'll be rolling out in the coming weeks. Meanwhile, the team churned out product like Le Beurre Bordier (just look it up). Here's what's new in 'We Ship A Lot' volume 006. 1) Market Intelligence is getting much deeper: New market statistics are now available in reports, with richer views for exploring and comparing trends over time. 2) Smarter Prospector listing filters: Listing-status filters now automatically reflect the MLS data your organization actually has access to, which should make searches cleaner and less confusing. 3) More accurate property matching: RealReports now distinguishes fractional addresses like 602 vs. 602 ½, reducing incorrect matches between neighboring or attached properties. 4) Better parcel context on maps: Owner names now appear directly on parcels at closer zoom levels, making it easier to understand who owns what without extra clicks. 5) Cleaner report maps for clients: Shared and newly opened report maps now default to a sidebar layout, and user's also have the ability to save their preferred layout (sidebar, floating, full screen, closed). Back from CMLS 🛬 Business conversations were insanely productive. The closed session with our partners went great. Our welcome event was a huge vibe. Needless to say, it was also somewhat of a rollercoaster. Our heads are still buzzing with questions after some of the week's dramatics. One thing remains true. The game is afoot, our team is shipping nonstop, and we have some absolutely WILD things to show you coming up. More soon.

We're at CMLS right now sneaking away from actual humans to document what we shipped, so it's going to be quick. Here's what's new in 'We Ship A Lot' volume 005. 1) Faster, more accurate owner search: Owner autocomplete and parcel lookups are now quicker and more precise, especially when APNs overlap across different parts of the country. 2) Better multifamily property matching: Unit-level address matching is now stricter, reducing incorrect matches in condos, apartments, and other multifamily buildings. 3) Cleaner property addresses: Street-address parsing has been improved to reduce duplicated or incorrectly merged address lines in RealReports. Every move tells a story 🚚 Now you can see where homeowners are coming from, where they’re going, and how that movement is changing a market directly in RealReports. Let's break it down: WHAT? We’ve added IRS migration data to RealReports. Explore how many households moved into or out of a county, see the top counties on either side of that flow, and compare the incomes of incoming and outgoing households. Statewide views show where movers are coming from and how movement breaks down by age and income. WHY? “People are moving here” is easy to say. Showing a buyer where they’re arriving from, or helping a seller understand who may be entering their market, makes for a much better conversation. It’s another way to bring local context to your next client meeting, listing presentation, or relocation discussion.
