Update: Tether froze $971M USDT and Circle froze $823M USDC tied to the Binance outflows.
Still nothing from Binance or CZ.
About $3B just walked out of Binance to brand new wallets in ~35 min and Binance hasn't said a word.
Could be a hack, could be an internal reshuffle. Nobody knows yet...but doesn't look good.
