.@vladtenev just made one of his most bullish statements on Robinhood Chain to date.
Following feedback from developers, Robinhood plans to significantly increase its support for builders and the onchain community.
Vlad confirmed that they are already staffing a dedicated team and that we should expect concrete initiatives soon.
The message is clear:
Robinhood Chain wants real builders and real products.
Then $PIZZA appeared.
The wallet that launched the token is the same wallet connected to Blackbird CEO Ben Leventhal’s Farcaster profile.
Ben isn’t some random memecoin developer:
• Co-founder of Eater
• Co-founder of Resy
• Founder of Blackbird and Flynet
• An experienced entrepreneur bringing restaurant payments and loyalty systems onchain
Blackbird has more than 2,500 restaurants signed up, expects to process close to $100M in payments in 2026, and has raised $85M.
That makes it difficult to ignore the fact that a wallet connected to someone who has spent his career digitizing the restaurant industry launched a token called $PIZZA on Robinhood Chain.
Maybe it’s a personal experiment.
Maybe he’s testing Robinhood Chain.
Maybe it’s a community or consumer activation for Blackbird and Flynet.
Or maybe it’s the first step in something much bigger.
When people talk about RWAs, the conversation is usually about bringing real-world assets onchain.
But what if, this time, something born in crypto makes its way into the real world?
What if $PIZZA eventually becomes the currency, rewards layer, or cultural asset of the restaurant ecosystem Ben has spent years building?
Eater captured restaurant discovery.
Resy captured reservations.
Blackbird is building payments and loyalty.
Maybe $PIZZA becomes the asset connecting the entire story.
For now, this is only a thesis.
Ben still hasn’t posted the CA, and there has been no official confirmation from Blackbird or Flynet.
But that’s also where the bullish asymmetry lies.
The market is currently pricing $PIZZA like a small meme.
If Ben posts the CA or a Blackbird/Flynet connection is confirmed, the entire narrative could change.
If he denies the token or says the wallet was compromised, the thesis largely dies.
Vlad is increasing support for real builders.
Ben is a real builder.
His connected wallet launched $PIZZA on Robinhood Chain.
The timing could be a coincidence.
But what if it isn’t? 🍕🪶

It's crazy that if you get into a stonkfun coin early and it blows up, your cost is quickly recouped by the rewards, making the position free and changing game theory completely
Now it's a juggling of the new optimal mechanics - do I make more money holding this, is selling even the smart thing to do?
We've manufactured coins where selling is now not only questionable it's possibly the majorly -EV thing to do
Huge.

Look for coins that can attract buyers from outside Crypto Twitter. That is how you avoid the liquidity rotation. The biggest winners this cycle will not just recycle the same capital. They will bring in new people. That is how you retire this cycle.

when the entire timeline is saying asteroid or ansem or penguin or whatever to 1 billion marketcap, and then it's perma topped and goes down only forever because people rotate into the next thing a day later... do people really think retail is gonna be onboarded into an environment like this?
the chain doesnt matter btw, it could be sol or robinhood or anything... this happens on every chain
rotate rotate rotate... every day basically
like yes crypto is higher on the risk curve so of course coins are gonna go up faster and then down faster
but retail is notoriously slow and they generally prefer to just hold things
do people here really expect retail to be able to rotate over and over again, when most normies have jobs and are unable to sit on X/TG all day and process information as fast as people who spend all day trading
genuine question btw, actually want to hear thoughts on this
