🚀 SOLD: Graham.si — $16,000 to an end user! Another premium .si domain sale. The Superintelligence era is just getting started. 🧠 Big thanks to @spaceship for making it happen! 🤝 #DomainInvesting #Superintelligence #SI

CORRECT THE RECORD: Indexed, Assess and Toggle .si were NOT purchased for $10,000 and $50,000 as reported. I've been in touch with those involved. It seems they were displayed on @atomHQ's "sold" database in the 50k range but this was never confirmed by them. I have corrected our sheet at least and hid them for now

My thoughts on the US election: This won't affect the SI trend. Trump is still the president and he will likely continue to rename everything SI. He has that power. He himself alluded to his "tremendous power" as president despite the election losses. For crypto people following me: this was likely a bad night for crypto and any pending legislation there now that the Democrats control the House & Senate. Sadly, I think any relaxing of crypto laws or regulations in the US will be put on ice.

The first six figure .si sale, added to:- domainexchange.si/sales It's #1 @ $100,000
🐈 The cat’s out of the bag! Proud to announce that DomainBooth, alongside @AtomHQ, has completed what is believed to be the first publicly reported six-figure .si domain sale! The domain was sold for $100,000 on the nose. Lambda.si was acquired by Lambda.ai following an inbound inquiry through Atom. A fantastic milestone for DomainBooth, @AtomHQ, and the emerging .si aftermarket.

Some Atom spies / Hounds suggest the six figure, end user .si sale was Lambda .si 👀 Check out the .ai and you'll see why (an inference company "built for superintelligence")

Atom CEO says there has been a six figure .si sale!
Funds just came in for a six-figure .si transaction our team helped negotiate. A few five-figure sales have closed recently too. To be clear: demand for .ai still far exceeds demand for .si, and much of the early .si activity was speculative. But we are starting to see end users paying real money. Whether this becomes a durable market or stays a handful of outliers is anyone's guess. Still very early, but worth watching.

Rhythms .si was SOLD for around $9k. What's extraordinary is the creation date of September either that was a drop or a very good spot by the original Registrant and it went to the .ai owner 👏 People are turning $12 into $9,000 in a matter of weeks with .si.

A huge success? I notice @atomHQ .si auctions are oversubscribed for WEEKS in advance. This could be because they're limiting to <100, or curating them but it's hard to get into them right now. However, they do have plenty of other themed auctions and options that run at the same time so if selling check what you're eligible for! Atom are doing a terrific job. AtomPay for a limited time are charging a flat $25 commission so you can save huge amounts if buying or selling... Not a paid post or anything just my observations.

I'm a sucker for a new gTLD although I really think you need to be careful and not pay a huge premium. Early access yes, but not a punishing annual renewal which has hampered me in the past. The latest to open up is .pay (try: domain .pay). I've put in for 3 and there's no guarantee (they promise effort not outcome) plus you have to wait until Feb or March '27. They generally cost $70 renewal it seems but premiums start with a $100 "retail fee" on top of this to attempt to register and - importantly - you only get 80% back if they fail due to expenses they say. It's OK I guess if you can find one or two that cost $170 premium wise but no more than that. Some have ridiculous mark-ups like instant .pay's retail fee is $21,000 😅 Good luck if your trying for one or two.
