The money sent to Iran by Obama was Iranian money that had been frozen by the US Government. It was returned after Iran agreed to stop trying to make nuclear weapons and allow dozens of resident foreign inspectors to back up the agreement, which was supported by the EU, Russia and China. jealous Trump killed it because Obama made the historic deal.
