We need “trust but verify for AI, and more often than not, “don’t trust and oversee.” Without that, I’m hard-pressed to see how enterprises will trust AI agents to take action across their systems.
The good news is that it’s hard for an agent to scheme when we can see what it’s doing and independently enforce the boundaries around what it’s allowed to do.
We're really excited about working with @nvidia on this to use the transparency of AI thinking to oversee what it's doing and keep the scheming to a minimum: red.ht/47nrt6I.
Today, with over 100 industry partners, we introduced the NVIDIA Open Agent Safety Platform, bringing together OpenShell and Sentry.
Artificial intelligence is extraordinary technology that will advance discovery, productivity, security, health, and prosperity for generations to come.
But its full promise can only be realized when people have confidence that AI is being built to be safe and deployed with wisdom and responsibility.
This is bigger than a single product. It's the beginning of an open ecosystem to build the trust layer for safe agent systems.
Together, we are building the foundation of the AI economy.
Trust and innovation are not in conflict. Safety is how trust is earned. We must build not only the most capable AI, but the most trusted AI, so that this extraordinary technology can realize its enormous promise for the world. nvda.ws/4hcoq7m

Red Hat CEO @matthicksj sees opportunities for solution providers navigating the component supply chain crisis and heightened security concerns around the capabilities of AI models like Anthropic’s Mythos.
As solution providers and their customers navigate rising memory prices and constrained supply, the need for getting more out of existing infrastructure creates an opportunity for @RedHat and its ecosystem.

Generative AI becomes a different engineering challenge once it reaches production. Model serving, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows introduce new demands around reproducibility, governance, observability, and cost control that pilot environments were never designed to handle.
In partnership with @RedHat, @TheFuturumGroup examines how platform teams can apply proven engineering disciplines to GenAI as a new workload class. The report explores how GitOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, unified observability, and policy as code can create a more consistent operating model for scalable enterprise AI.
