New York state's Nassau County banned males from female sports but state Attorney General Letitia James sued and the ban has been overturned by the courts.
Women and girls will not stop fighting for our rights to our OWN sports and spaces.
We won our lawsuit against @NassauExec over his unlawful transgender athlete ban.
Transgender athletes have the right to play on the court or field like everyone else.
As long as I am attorney general, no New Yorker will be shut out of public life because of who they are.

Douglas Murray's Spectator column this week is on the male Oxford professor who wears huge prosthetic breasts to teach. This paragraph cracked me up.

Red state. Blue state. Same playbook. 🧵
Pink. Blue. Rainbows. Stars. All the cool, kid-friendly vibes.
In New Mexico: gender support handouts distributed to kids as young as elementary school.
In Texas: transgender resource mailers sent to students at home.

🚨 Women behind bars are NOT collateral damage.
HHS moves to close a Biden-era disability law loophole that put female inmates at risk by allowing male inmates who "identify" as women to seek access to women’s facilities.
A major step toward protecting women's spaces.

SANDIE PEGGIE IS APPEALING
The Darlington Nursing Union welcomes the news that its member Sandie Peggie is appealing her case against the Royal College of Nursing.
Throughout this ordeal, Sandie has demonstrated an enormous amount of courage and determination. It takes immense strength to stand up, challenge decisions and continue fighting for what you believe is right, particularly when the battle involves an organisation that should have been there to represent you.
No healthcare professional should ever be abandoned by the very union they have paid to protect them.
That is precisely why the Darlington Nursing Union was established: to ensure that healthcare professionals, who believe in biological reality, have a voice, receive proper representation and are never left feeling that they have to fight alone.
Trade union membership should mean having someone in your corner when it matters most. It should mean support, solidarity and representation – not having to question whether your union will stand beside you when things get difficult.
Sandie, as you continue your fight, please know that we stand with you. Your case and courage has shown why alternative options for union representation on these issues is urgently needed.

The dismissal today of Sandie Peggie’s case against the Royal College of Nursing should concern every healthcare professional who believes in biological reality.
Bethany Hutchison, President of the Darlington Nursing Union, said:
“Sandie’s story shows why healthcare professionals need a union that understands their convictions before a crisis begins.
“The court’s decision does not erase the fears and lawful beliefs of nurses who believe their union may not represent them robustly when disputes involve biological sex and gender identity.
“Sandie’s experience shows how vulnerable a nurse can become when trust in union representation breaks down.
“Gender-critical nurses deserve representation from a union whose starting point is clear: biological sex is real, freedom of belief matters, and lawful single-sex protections must be defended.
“The Darlington Nursing Union exists to provide that representation. We will stand firmly alongside our members, seek early and effective resolutions, and defend them robustly if a dispute escalates.
"Our members should never have to question whether their union shares a commitment to defending their lawful rights."

Sexism is women doing the dishes
Equality is men and women doing the dishes
Gender ideology is whoever does the dishes, is a woman.

Even here you can’t help yourselves, can you?
Forcing someone to watch porn or take dodgy meds would already be illegal.
Can you see no problem at all in making it illegal to “restrict movements & choices” in a bill that applies to children?

Forget all the huge supermarkets and their mawkish Christmas adverts, this was the best Christmas advert - Enniskillen pub Charlie's put out this advert back in 2023. It’s brilliant.

Nobody is arguing that men should be arrested BEFORE they commit a sexual offence. That's not how safeguarding works. Safeguarding is predicated on proven statistical risk from one group to another group. Safeguarding's the reason adults don't play rugby against infants. It's the reason I don't get to wander around intensive care wards and fiddle with the machinery. It's the reason men and women are separated in contexts where women and girls are vulnerable to assault or voyeurism. Not because all men are rapists or flashers or voyeurs, but because enough are to justify their exclusion from those spaces. I've asked you if you understand safeguarding and you keep ignoring the question in preference for 'you want to arrest people because of how they look.' You seem incapable of engaging with facts.

Delighted to be in Brussels for this important event. A great day of conversations in the European Parliament, and now a great evening speaking and listening to people from all over Europe who care about the harmful impact of falsehoods about biological sex
Starting in a few minutes with an intro from @el_nagashi. This will be the first time @AthenaForumEU hosts an EU-level event.
The panel will be moderated by podcaster and women's rights expert Zsófi Balogh (she's on Instagram at instagram.com/zsofilter_podc…)

Mainstream media has a tradition of running stories about what women wear to work and entering into debate about what attire is considered appropriate, so obviously it’s not a topic they steer clear of. Unless of course the “woman” in question is a man with enormous fake tits on display and the people expressing discomfort and distress are female colleagues and students - then all of a sudden there’s nothing to see here.

I had a high school history teacher who spent the entire year teaching us to develop "casual" accounts of various historical events: Civil War, WWII, etc. I was confused why we should be nonchalant about such important events, but kept my puzzlement to myself. Eventually I realized she was misreading the word "causal".

It's crazy at college, teachers being targeted by students for pronoun crime. I got reported not for using the wrong pronoun but for not using a pronoun. I had to explain that I avoided pronouns to avoid slipping up and being reported by the student, but I still got reported despite not making any errors. That student has wasted so much time in investigations on staff and the stress teachers have gone through.

Protect those offering ‘evidence based care’ 🤔does he understand what evidence is 🤯 when it comes to gender ideology. Removing healthy body parts isn’t care & it’s not evidence based. That’s why those with body integrity disorder don’t get offered limb amputation.
