I had a great time in Dallas/Frisco, Texas this weekend. Had a lot of good food and met some great people.

I am ready for the game tonight with Bear Down!!!!!!

I am not going to listen to any shows on regular networks about the Cowboys this week until the game next Thursday. I love the team but do not like the owner or the constant coverage. That is just me.

Reliving my childhood.

I did a 5K on this morning and need to keep doing more runs.

This was the first time I have ever seen something like this. I thought the Avengers were coming so I was getting ready to join them.

Getting some golf time in this weekend

In my mind I am thinking this is a nice smooth swing. It is not but I did smoke the shot. I am embracing what society deems incomprehensible. In the words of a great philosopher - I love me some me.

I will continue to work on my golf game and embrace my swing. It is not pretty but I am going t to make it work.

I am slowing down my swing and now working on stop coming over the top. The most important thing is i need one for my house or make friends with people that have one. Bowling and golf are taking over my life.

Wings, Crab cakes and Cowboys football is what Maryland is all about.

My knee surgery is complete and now time to start the healing process.

I will be working on my golf swing in 2024.

I had a great time in Seattle attending the Commanders/Seahawks game.

Another race in the books. Next time I am going to train for more than 3 weeks and learn how to a picture with my mouth closed. I will do it again next year and will do better. Fun times.
