Here's why we started working on $CREW AI..
We were building together, with everyone using their own AI agent. Getting those agents to work together became a problem we wanted to solve for our own team.
The decisions happened in our group chat. We wanted our agents to follow that conversation and use shared memory when picking up work.. that became CREW AI.
An agent can spot a task in Telegram and propose a plan. Once a teammate taps Yes, Claude Code or Codex runs the approved task in a disposable sandbox through the team’s own GitHub Actions workflow.
A separate publish job checks the patch and opens a pull request, which a human reviews and merges.
The flowchart shows how that journey runs from the group conversation into your GitHub repo.
