3 reasons why Lindsay Clancy is absolutely guilty 1. Mental illness does not equal legal insanity.
The question isn’t whether Lindsay was mentally ill—it’s whether she was incapable of knowing right from wrong or controlling her actions. The defense did not make a strong case that she was out of control. 2. The evidence points to planning and purposeful action.
She calculated the distance to the restaurant, added a CVS stop, timed Patrick’s absence, and calmly answered his call while the killings were underway. This doesn’t point to an uncontrollable psychotic break, but to a carefully planned sequence of events so she would have enough time to complete the murders. 3. Medical evidence at the time of the killings is stronger than hindsight opinions.
Doctors who treated Lindsay before the killings documented depression, anxiety, insomnia, intrusive thoughts, and suicidal ideation—but not psychosis, postpartum depression, or auditory command hallucinations. Those terms were attached to her after the killings. The evidence points to Lindsay Clancy being criminally responsible for the murder of her children.

I was wrong about Lindsay Clancy. Here’s why I changed my mind. She was never diagnosed with postpartum depression or psychosis. She was not on 13 medications at once. She was not “hearing voices.” She was not abandoned by her family. She was diagnosed with a mood disorder - never psychosis - and went to a variety of doctors who all prescribed different medications, which she took unreliably and not simultaneously. She only heard a voice one time - and that was right before she killed her kids. Extremely atypical for psychosis. She carefully planned her children’s murders down to the minute. She researched the distance of a restaurant she’d ask Patrick to go to. Added on a last-minute errand before he left. Calmly answered his phone call in the middle of her crime. Brought her children down to the basement one by one, overpowering their resistance and killing them slowly. It does seem like she had support from her family. She may have still been overwhelmed, but it’s not true that all of her cries for help went unanswered. I originally placed too much blame on the many SSRIs she was prescribed. For years on my show, I’ve talked to health professionals who have been warning about the violence-inducing effects of these drugs, and I thought Lindsay’s case may be an example of that reality. Is it still possible these SSRIs had a negative effect? Absolutely. But the case that these drove her into a psychotic episode is weak. This evidence continues to reveal, in my opinion, that Lindsay Clancy methodically murdered her children and she was fully aware of what she was doing.

Kathryn Krick, a self-appointed apostle, credits her spiritual authority to GeorDavie, a Tanzanian health-and-wealth minister. He’s now been accused by multiple women - some of whom were close friends of Krick- of sexual misconduct and even abuse. One woman accused GeorDavie of sexually preying on her during a “deliverance session,” continually pushing her toward strange, graphic, sexual conversation. We spoke to the accuser and reviewed the audio of this call, which appears to match her claims. GeorDavie responded to the accusation in a Facebook post. His excuse? A language barrier. Krick adamantly defended him in the comments. This is a disturbing partnership that is leading many astray in the name of Jesus. We reveal the dark details in our reporting:

When it comes to the Lindsay Clancy trial, multiple things are true. 1. Doctors don’t take seriously enough the danger of SSRIs. Clancy was prescribed 13 different medications - taken sporadically - by six different doctors and nurses in a period of four months. Most of these medications came with the potential side effects of worsening depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. Many of the medications had interactions with each other. 2.  The drugs and her possible psychosis do not automatically absolve her from guilt. She carefully planned her children’s murders and she carried them out methodically. The strength and resolve required to strangle toddlers and an infant one by one may demonstrate a willful, knowing plan to kill. We cannot know for sure whether these medications are the primary or even secondary cause of her actions. 3. Most people who commit violent crimes likely suffer from some level of mental sickness. That doesn’t negate the need for justice. 4. We should take more seriously the effects of postpartum psychosis and/or depression. There was no reason for Lindsay ever to be left alone with her children. This likely could have been prevented. 5. Millions of women suffer from mental breakdowns postpartum and do not murder their children with exercise bands. What precedent does it set if she’s deemed legally irresponsible and is able to be released from psychiatric care for just a few years - after committing triple homicide? 6. Most important: the primary victims are the CHILDREN. They deserve most of our compassion. Their pain should be our primary focus. My full analysis:

Conservatives are debating surrogacy again, particularly when it comes to two men obtaining a child. It shouldn’t be a debate. Here's the obvious truth: Every child has — and has a right to — a mom and a dad. Buying the eggs of one woman and renting the womb of another, then taking that child away from both her mother and the only home she’s ever known, is cruel. It’s worse treatment than we show puppies. Whereas adoption redeems an already broken situation, surrogacy and egg/sperm selling is creating the broken situation. It’s a fulfillment of adult desires at the expense of a child’s needs. And it is always wrong.

The Billy Graham Center Research Institute surveyed Gen Z adults, and 48% agreed with this statement: "Christians' support of Trump has made me less likely to go to church." There may be many reasons a person won’t go to church, but most of the reasons people give are excuses. The main reason, I think, is this: we are uncomfortable seeing our own sin and our need for a Savior. Apologists @askcliffe and I discuss:

“Apostle” Kathryn Krick regularly goes viral for enthusiastic “deliverances” and “exorcisms.” Here are three of my biggest concerns with her ministry: 1. Her self-proclaimed title of apostle The Biblical apostles were called personally by Jesus. We do not have apostles today. 2. Her theatrical exorcisms and healings Biblical exorcisms and healings were immediate - not drawn out. They also didn’t always include convulsions the way Krick’s do. Krick has also been caught “delivering” the same people multiple nights in a row. She has declared people healed who weren’t, in fact, healed. That is not the way of Jesus and His apostles. 3. The guarantee of spiritual blessings for financial donations  She told a struggling mom that in order for her son to be healed of a demonic spirit, God was asking her to sow a bigger seed and give more money. She has said donating more money “seals” deliverance. Watch my deep dive into this popular “prophet” of the New Apostolic Reformation

A South Carolina pastor is causing buzz online by telling his aging congregants that hell isn’t real and that “queer is God’s design.” How does a Christian refute such wild statements by progressives? The same way that Jesus refuted Satan: “It is written” and to the Pharisees: “Have you not read?” God’s Word tells us exactly how to debunk these kinds of “sermons.” I go through each of His claims with responses you can use with those in your life who believe this nonsense.

I asked VP JD Vance about the surge in at-home abortions due to mail-order abortion pills. Under the Biden FDA, the abortion pill became accessible by mail, which has led to a surge in at-home abortions. The policy has not yet been reversed by the Trump administration. While the admin has scored some major pro-life wins, this is a big concern for many pro-life advocates. We also discuss abortion abolitionism vs. incrementalism, and what really works.

Vice President JD Vance shares the exact moment he found out Usha was pregnant with their fourth child. “I came home pretty late that night. I go to the bathroom to take off my suit, and there's one of the instant tests there with a positive. And that was how Usha told me. I remember I was so excited." After Charlie was assassinated, he says a heartbreaking and tearful conversation with Erika on the flight from Utah to Arizona led him and Usha to try for a fourth baby. Six weeks later, they were expecting.

“We are slowly disabling our children.” Yikes! Super Nanny Jo Frost is calling out parents who refuse to foster independence in their kids. Instead of potty training, teaching them to ride bikes, or letting them brush their teeth by themselves, too many parents are doing these tasks for their kids, failing to help them thrive. The consequence, she says, is a generation of incapable kids: kids who don’t develop critical thinking, dexterity, or athleticism because they were never challenged. The future for these children - and for the rest of us - is bleak if parents don’t start encouraging capability and self-sufficiency.

“Yesteryear” is Reddit-tier anti-conservative, anti-Christian slop. À la The Handmaid’s Tale, it fantasizes a world in which all conservative, Christian women are subjugated by their husbands and victims of their own archaic worldview. Burke actually makes the same mistake as the tradwife influencers she demonizes: she conflates trad influencer culture with conservative Christianity and connects the two via accusations of hypocrisy and oppression. It’s a juicy, albeit overused, idea. And it’s one that progressives and Hollywood never tire of—which is why it was picked up as a movie before the book was even released. It was an entertaining read, but the spirit behind it, I believe, is malicious and bitter.

"I don't think I'm going to heaven as a man. I don't think I'm going to look at Jesus and I don't think He's going to see a man. I think He's going to see the girl that He made." Haley Furst spent years identifying as a man and embracing a transgender identity. But after a coworker faithfully shared the gospel with her, her heart softened to the truth, she put her faith in Christ and surrendered her life to Him. Today, Haley is living as the woman God created her to be and sharing how Jesus redeemed and transformed her life.

Today marks the beginning of what some call Pride Month. For Christians, we celebrate today like we do every day - that this is the day the Lord has made, so let us rejoice and be glad in it. When we see the acronym LGBTQ, we don’t see sexual identities to celebrate, we see image-bearers of God who are doing what’s right in their own eyes and need the kind of love that points to Jesus and His truth. The truth is God made us male and female so that a man can leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh. God IS love and He has the authority to define it. He calls homosexuality a sin, and holy marriage between a man and woman very good. The most loving thing we can do is agree with God. We can’t love others by affirming sin. This is my response to why we don’t celebrate Pride Month:

Did the government warn pastors of impending alien doom? @MikeWingerii has investigated the claims of several charismatic pastors who say they had access to secret government briefings about aliens. These faith leaders led people to believe government officials were sharing classified information about UFOs and an extraterrestrial plot to disprove Christianity. But, when people began to question the pastors’ claims, many of them retracted their previous statements. Winger says the meeting actually involved some pastors discussing publicly available information. The meeting did not involve the government. Here's his breakdown of what really happened & how it ties into a bigger problem that exists within charismatic leadership:

Hey, Daddy Gang: Alex Cooper is lying to you. Cooper just announced her pregnancy. We love that for her. But, what she doesn’t admit is: for most women, pursuing the promiscuity she promotes won’t end in a marriage proposal. The result isn’t a beautiful wedding and a pregnancy announcement. It’s STDs and a broken heart. It’s a crisis at 35 when you realize that your fertility window is closing and there are no prospective fathers on the horizon. Cooper was able to rich-and-famous her way out of that consequence, but most of her audience won’t have that ability. Alex Cooper hasn’t actually bought what she’s selling. She’s made millions convincing women of the benefits of one night stands, while she’s abandoned that lifestyle for the more traditional—and fulfilling—route. If you’ve already been sold on Cooper’s empty promises and have regrets, you are not without hope and you are not beyond redemption. But if you’re a young woman who’s just begun taking Alex’s life advice, here’s my warning to you:

Former band members from the popular 90's CCM band Avalon have re-released the song "Testify To Love" as an LGBTQ affirming anthem and claim it's always has been about queer love. One of those former members, Melissa Greene, writes in her Substack post alongside photos of another band member kissing his husband at the altar that "love is for everyone" and "Michael never needed to be redeemed. He was always whole and worthy." This phenomenon of believing that we are somehow nicer than God, that Romans 1 is too harsh or that passages affirming the holiness of marriage between one man and one woman are simply too difficult to accept, is false. We go to God's word for what's true about sexuality and marriage. If something in the Word of God seems wrong, cruel, or confusing to us, the problem is not with God. It’s not with His Word. It’s with us.

I have firm parameters around how I use tools like Grok because of a big concern I have about what we’re giving up when we outsource our creativity and critical thinking to AI. I think we’re surrendering part of what it means to be made in God’s image when we trade our reason for convenience. AI isn’t always evil, but I think we have to be very careful about the power we give it. These are my 5 reasons for why Christians should be restrictive about our reliance on AI, both for ourselves and our kids:

I will never forget this unplanned, Holy Spirit–filled moment during Charlie Kirk’s memorial when the band began to play and the crowd held up signs with Charlie’s face that said, “Here I am, Lord send me.” It felt like, for a brief moment, tragedy might spark a spiritual revival and unify Christians on the Right. But in the months since, things have felt increasingly divided and disoriented. It appears we've lost people to a conspiratorial world view and pro-Islam world view. I asked @JeremyDBoreing whether we’re heading toward a great revival or total fracture. His answer, and his reflection on Pentecost, is powerful:
