My kiddo stopped talking as a result of the trauma he suffered. He communicated by barking. For months I didn't understand why. Until a stranger asked him.
He barked because everyone likes dogs, so he thought if he acted like a dog...the staff would like him.

Remove the children who struggle, then boast about improved behaviour. 🙄 But where do they end up? Dumped on other schools? Left in limbo without education? How many have unmet SEND needs? This isn’t success. It’s shifting the problem elsewhere and risking creating more NEETs.
Lads, I beg.

Last week saw the premier of the short film "Unauthorised Absence".
This film and its messages couldn't be more important.

During #DAAWNI2026 we stand with all those affected by domestic abuse and support efforts to raise awareness, reduce stigma and promote access to help and support.
Together, we can make a difference.

The first child in the ad hugs the grandparents. The second child is uncomfortable with physical touch. The ad is highlighting differences in childrens needs and the imp of consent. It is not campaigning against grandparents. Dear god in heaven!!!
Replying to @OCallaghanJim
