We went to a brunch over the weekend that included lots of "uppity" food but also fried bologna sliders. Yes, they were good.
Trout & beef stew entree's w/ chocolate cake for dessert. Bistro ProVare at Jeff State - Shelby Campus. We had a great time being served by their culinary and hospitality students.
