Most of y'all think GLP-1 people skipped the hard part I did the hard part for 4 years. Gym, macros, all of it. Still couldn't get the weight off What reta did was shut the food noise up long enough for all that work to finally show It's not the drug or the discipline. For me it was both If you think it's cheating, tell me what you tried first

"It's just calories in, calories out" Yeah. I know. I counted every one for 4 years Knowing the math was never the problem

These two lab reports look completely legit We checked with the lab. They've never worked with this vendor. Not once Both made up Now zoom in on the charts. Two different peptides, almost the exact same pattern Still trusting the COA the vendor sends you?

People keep asking if I'm worried about the side effects I was 312 pounds That was the side effect I was worried about

Everyone wants to know what happens when you stop a GLP-1 Funny, nobody ever asks what happens when you stop a diet We all know how that one ends

Reta vs Ozempic, head to head, 80 weeks Reta: about 21% body weight lost Ozempic: about 9% More than double Not all upside though. More people dropped out from side effects on reta, and it's not peer reviewed yet Named my whole account after this thing for a reason

Everyone asks what I'm taking Nobody asks what I'm eating or how often I lift 4 days of weights and 3 days of cardio, every week The reta gets all the credit. The gym never does

Met a bunch of the community in person on Halloween Two of them came as minions so apparently I'm the foreman now Also nothing prepares you for a guy walking up wearing your face on his shirt Started as strangers online comparing lab reports. Now it's real friendships Where should the next meetup be?

A vendor's COA is a resume Of course it looks good. They wrote it I wouldn't hire anyone off their resume and I'm not trusting a vial off one either If you trust vendor COAs, tell me why

Some people have never had food noise a day in their life And they're always the loudest ones telling you to just eat less Must be nice I spent years fighting biology with willpower and losing If you've never had it, you don't get a vote

Everyone on here is saying BPC-157 is legal now Not quite What changed is compounding pharmacies can make 6 peptides with a prescription, and every batch needs a COA Nothing changed for the research vials most of y'all are buying. And none of it is FDA approved Honestly the best part is the testing rule. Feels like they finally read my replies

Someone in my replies made a point I can't stop thinking about Your first DEXA on a GLP-1 might be lying to you A lot of what you drop early is water and bloat, and the scan can count some of it as lean So the fair comparison might be scan 2 vs scan 3, not scan 1 vs scan 2 Anyone seen this in their own numbers?

Big news for this space HHS is letting compounding pharmacies make 6 peptides for now: BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, KPV, Semax and Epitalon Prescription only, FDA-registered maker, and every batch needs a COA for identity, purity, potency, endotoxins and heavy metals That last part is exactly what I've been paying labs to check myself Still not FDA-approved. But kind of wild seeing the government's rules say what this community's been saying all along: test everything

Peptide trust tier list A tier: a lab report you looked up yourself B tier: a COA that matches your lot number C tier: real people who tested the same vendor D tier: "my buddy's been on it a year" F tier: the vendor's own COA Still going back and forth on B and C. Pretty sure half this app is living in D tier though Be honest, which one are you

Not changing my name to Retzoundi Unfiltered. I'll tell you that much It'll always be reta around here
#Retkouro and #Retzoundi are the likely branded names that $LLY has chosen for the most anticipated metabolic drug launch in human history. (based on relevant Lilly trademark filings) #onthepen

Last week I said most of the BPC-157 research is on rats. Got told I was wrong a lot Superpower just mapped 152 peptides. BPC: 35 of 36 studies in animals or the lab Great library. Now somebody build one for what's actually in the vial
We're thrilled to announce the Superpower Peptide Library. Every peptide, mapped to the body. 152 peptides, from approved drugs to compounds still in trials, sorted by where they act. Each one has its own page, reviewed by a physician and fully cited, covering: - the evidence and how strong it is - its FDA status - it's mechanism of action - what studies in humans have found Because not all peptides are equal. Semaglutide is FDA-approved. BPC-157, maybe the most talked-about peptide for recovery and repair, is not. In a 2025 review of its research, 35 of 36 studies were in animals or the lab. Know the science before you buy the hype. Check it out here: superpower.com/guides/peptid…

Can confirm with my own DEXA. First 4 months, about a third of what I lost was lean Last 4 months, fat kept dropping and lean held The muscle loss is real. It's also not a given
But what is the downside of glp-1’s You have to understand how these drugs work. They aren’t burning fat directly. They work through modulating appetite and satiety signals. Fat loss happens through eating less So what are the long term risks? The risk comes down to eating too little. Not eating enough protein and losing muscle and bone density. Basically it all stems down to undereating. This is why you must eat the correct calories, protein and quality food. And you must use the right dose that allows you to still hit proper calories. And you must shift into maintenance calories when you hit desired leanness. And of course. If you want to look great you must lift heavy to maintain and even build muscle as you strip off fat
