FINAL FANTASY VII EVER CRISIS has officially ended service as of Oct. 6, 2026 PDT.

The Mario Kart Tour app just ended it’s service. Been playing daily/weekly since the start . Put in countless hours and hundreds of dollars (worth it) and now it’s over. I’m satisfied with the amount of time I’ve played it and the fun I’ve had playing it but it’s sad to see it go. #RIPMarioKartTour

RUMOR: Sony is said to have sent out a survey to developers asking them about how they feel regarding ending physical media, suggesting they are considering backtracking on the decision🚀
“There is a survey Sony sent out to developers that is, what I was told by my contacts, a bigger survey than they’ve sent almost ever before.
There was a question in it trying to ask in a not-direct way: Is there an issue with not selling games physically, asking developers for feedback on killing discs.
Wolverine is still selling plenty of physical copies and Sony is starting to ask devs if they are worried about killing physical, suggesting that if they got a bunch of feedback, maybe they would consider some sort of mea culpa.”

@NintendoAmerica please change the select sound effect for Fire Emblem Fortune’s Weave. No one wants to listen to that, esp. as (one of) the game’s most heard sound effects. It’s like banging pots and pans and it’s really off putting.

Sony said you don't own your games… but we have all the receipts.
After Sony recently argued in court that “reasonable consumers” understand they don't actually own their digital games, fans have started compiling every example they can find where PlayStation used language suggesting otherwise.
The Consumer Rights Wiki has now documented dozens of examples of Sony using phrases like “games you own” and “you already own” across PlayStation's own websites and services.
That evidence is being collected as part of the wider backlash surrounding Sony's digital ownership policies and the ongoing lawsuit over how PlayStation presents digital game purchases.
Sony's legal argument hasn't been decided by a court yet, but gamers clearly aren't letting the company's older wording disappear.
