I don't see this as antisemitic at all. He's saying that if American Jews tie their identity to Israel and their actions, people are going to take their grievances with Israel's horrific actions out on American Jews. And he's saying it's a bad thing. The same way Muslims got blamed for 9/11 except they didn't even tie themselves to Al Queda.
