Exciting news for nature & education! 🌿
We were thrilled to see that @educationgovuk has confirmed the launch of a Natural History GCSE. This will help inspire & empower the next generation to connect with the natural world & understand the vital importance of protecting it.
We know that educating young people about nature is key to building a more sustainable & biodiverse future. The Natural History GCSE is a huge step forward in creating a deeper understanding of the urgent need for nature recovery.

We agree with @SP_NetZero that the Land Reform Bill needs changes. It's a huge missed opportunity to tackle the dual climate and nature crises.

Did you know that Scotland is ranked 212 out of 240 countries for the state of its nature? And that large-scale landholdings make up 40% of Scotland?
That's why we're pushing for an amendment that asks Scotland’s largest estates to lay out their plans to restore nature.
In a nature emergency, it’s not enough to hold the line.

Innovation Fund recipient @treesforlifeuk are helping trees thrive in the Scottish uplands by developing collaborative and sustainable approaches to managing deer impacts, alongside the Common Ground Forum.
