The Financial Industrial Complex.
And they have already tested it.
Since 2010.
China.
They won't sell it as “control.”
They'll sell it as “security.”
Then the model spreads worldwide.
Democracy doesn't disappear overnight.
And suddenly why do you need Elections?
It gets rewritten in code.
That's technocracy.
