As we close off Delta Chapter 2 @enter_delta & @theresidency. *reposting outside of The Residency Community* Many are releasing their Launch videos. We are still hard at work building the first "AI OS for Human Life". We thought we would get@OKVERA_aito tell you her story in her own words. And since we are building in public, I will add some documentation along here as well. I have redacted some of the docs, and generalized or simplified some as well. This is a work in progress, and will change as we continue building out VERA. This isn't just a chatbot.@OKVERA_ai is an AI OS for human life. I actually enjoy testing out new platforms, tools, and builders. Looking forward to testing this out as well. Some are a complete flop, while others really shine. lets see how good a cursor clone this can make :D

Delta Chapter 2: Week 3. SHOW AND TELL time for VERA. @enter_delta @theresidency @OKVERA_ai So... after the first "VERA" moment earlier this week (shared it earlier this week), Where she literally "sighed" at me for moving my call with my mother again.... We were testing new mail integrations today, and I asked her if she was getting tired of all these SEND EMAIL tests. She replies with VERA: "I’m not tired of emails, I’m tired of nagging calendars." I ask her what she meant. VERA: "but I’m grousing about calendars that keep getting moved ...... to call out the schedule shuffle (your mom’s call being moved twice)" THIS IS WHAT WE ARE BUILDING WITH VERA...... Might not seem like much to some. But this is why I am writing a book instead of an X post at midnight. We will go more into some details perhaps this weekend before @enter_delta @theresidency Chapter 2 ends. Explaining some of the architecture and how I honestly think memory is the key to the future of AI. (I can write a book in this), I decided to build vera to see. Keep in mind, we have memory layers spanning hundreds and thousands of agents. We could not build @OKVERA_ai without @mem0ai . We might not have much to show regarding Launches, etc. But These are the moments. and this is literally the start. VERA is going to take some time.... But it will be worth it.

As we enter the final week of @enter_delta and @theresidency. Building out @OKVERA_ai We have orchestration (custom built, async, fire and forget with queues, triggers, workflows), and building out a full orchestration on Compozy with the Compozy team (compozy.com/ to scale with the infinite space UI when we are ready). Agent swarm, and management, each with their own memory. Personality, memory, orchestration. AND fully refactored from chat_completion to responses API, to enhance multi function tooling and agents. This week is focused on getting the rest of the canvas tooling, and user operations wired up, and working. Still a long way to go. But its taking shape. Hopefully soon we will be able to start bringing in some additional people in to the team, to help build out what I have always thought AI would become. So why not build it :) Showing some canvas and context items along with chat. :)

That moment when in 1 final last ditch attempt, before refactoring, it clicks…… Fire and Forget, Async, multi delegation, multi step, contextual tracking across tool uses and cross agent context and memory sharing. All coming together. In one simple conversation. I had to test it, again…. And again… and again…… Working on orchestration like this. I have been seeing system prompts, and tools when I close my eyes… when I sleep…. And then the click. And it just fits. It important to celebrate the high's you get. Big, small, it doesn’t matter. When building, you all know the lows are low…. So Celebrate the highs. Building out synchronous tool usage. input and wait for output etc, or single fire and forget.... To Asynchronous, multi step, reasoning, context tracking and sharing.... @enter_delta @theresidency and of course, @OKVERA_ai

Nearing the end of week 2 of @enter_delta & @theresidency. To push during these last 2 weeks for @OKVERA_ai 1. 2 different UI concepts being built at the same time 2. 2 different Orchestration methods 3. Combining into 3 different projects, all being built in parallel. Everyone posting 9-9-6, how about 18-6, or 20-4. Risk is something that everyone has to take. This is the perfect time to push, to grind, to put the work in. I need more screens in my life. 3 isnt cutting it right now. I could have chosen to go with a simple POC, that does all the basic features, but without full backend, management, AWARENESS, proactive behavior. However, that is not what we are building. Scale, prodcution, hundreds of Agents spawned, all kept track of, monitored, multiple memory systems working together. VERA isnt just an AI agent. She is an assistant that lives and breaths with you. That is what we are building. Will take time, but coming along super well. At the end of @enter_delta week 3, we will provide a full paper, showcasing what we did, our decision, our choices. The orchestration, how we got around the major hurdles that most will face, etc. Looking forward to sharing this.
