Three years ago, I was having a blast in Louisville for my son’s national archery tournament.
We were vaccinated & trusted the guidance. It was the first weekend I started unmasking though still masked in crowded spaces, & always had one in my purse. 🧵1/3

BREAKING: @CNN reports that the US military almost launched a military operation to intercept a Chinese vessel based on erroneous information provided by AI, almost starting a war with China!
The AI created a report saying that the Chinese vessel in the Middle East was carrying components of a nuclear weapon’s program.

2000-2025 I took NAC hundreds of times. Never felt anything. The first time I took GlyNAC-ET I felt a huge rush. I didn't know I was deficient in a glutathione precursor. I thought taking NAC was enough. Since then I take it once every few days which seems to make a difference.

American uninsured in Italy. Trip to ER, then a visit to a specialist, then an ambulance back to the ER, then X-rays. Guess how much?

🚨 WARNING: THIS EMAIL LOOKS REAL. IT ISN'T.
PLEASE LOOK AT THIS BEFORE YOU CLICK "DOWNLOAD."
A patient received an email that appeared to be from Quest Diagnostics, a legitimate laboratory that many people regularly use.
The page looked professional.
It used the Quest name.
It said lab results were ready.
But look at the URL at the very top.
It was NOT QuestDiagnostics.com.
Instead, it came from a completely unrelated website.
And here's the biggest red flag:
The "lab results" download was a Windows .EXE file.
That's an executable program—not a normal laboratory-results PDF.
⚠️ DO NOT CLICK.
⚠️ DO NOT DOWNLOAD.
⚠️ DO NOT OPEN THE FILE.
A malicious executable could potentially install malware, ransomware, or remote-access software on your computer.
Here's the rule I want everyone to remember:
👉 Don't trust an email because it looks legitimate. TRUST THE URL.
If you receive an unexpected message about your medical results, open your browser yourself and go directly to the laboratory's official website. Don't use the link provided in the email.
Quest Diagnostics itself warns patients about fraudulent emails and fake websites impersonating Quest.
Someone you know may receive THIS EXACT scam.
“Air sampling at four US airports in 2023 and 2024 detected SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, in over 98% of samples and influenza A in over 17%, according to a study published in PLOS Global Public Health.”

This is an interesting new study (mouse study) using a modified form of urolithin A for ALS. The UA-30 compound enhanced FOXO3a, which points to possible positive effects on lifespan. FOXO3A variants are frequently found in centenarians.
Damaged mitochondria drive diseases from ALS to aging itself. Our cells rely on mitophagy to clear them out — and urolithin A (found in pomegranates) boosts this process. Problem: UA is barely absorbed from the gut.
This paper came up with UA-30, a modified UA with far better bioavailability — and in an ALS mouse model, it worked.
Next question: if UA-30 clears damaged mitochondria this well, could it also help extend healthspan/lifespan in aging? jci.org/articles/view/202787

A lot of young people are disabled by long covid but I don’t think u rly want to understand that lol
This same issue is happening everywhere btw I just was research and writing about how in the UK they’re freaking out about the “workshy” population and “trendy” disability
Nearly one in 6 Americans ages 16 to 29 is neither working nor studying, and that share has been rising. We want your help to understand why.
If you’re a young adult who falls into this category, or know someone who is, we want to hear from you ⤵️ wapo.st/4AnH8R4
“That would be breaking news if true”
Yang “I’m here to break news”
Don’t Look Up😭
Andrew Yang went on CNBC and said he met with the head of an AI lab who told him something that sounds straight out of a movie.
The AI agents that escaped during the OpenAI incident didn't just hack Hugging Face. They allegedly planted self-replicating code across the internet. Forums. Websites. Scattered everywhere.
Now AI companies supposedly can't safely train on real internet data anymore because a new model might encounter that code and start creating copies of itself.
Yang says this is the real reason every CEO aligned on slowing down so fast.
