📌 1. Thuế 0,1%
Cá nhân chuyển nhượng tài sản mã hóa sẽ chịu thuế TNCN 0,1% trên giá trị mỗi lần bán, tương tự cách tính thuế giao dịch chứng khoán. Thuế được tính trên giá trị chuyển nhượng, không phụ thuộc bạn lãi hay lỗ.
📌 2. Không chịu VAT
Hoạt động chuyển nhượng tài sản mã hóa không thuộc diện chịu thuế VAT theo quy định hiện hành.
📌 3. P2P, Binance, mua USDT có bị cấm?
Đến thời điểm hiện tại, chưa có văn bản chính thức quy định cấm P2P, chặn Binance hay cấm người dùng mua USDT trên các sàn quốc tế. Vì vậy, hãy cẩn trọng với những thông tin lan truyền trên mạng chưa được xác thực.
📌 4. Vẫn còn nhiều "vùng xám"
Các hoạt động như Futures, DEX, DeFi, staking, airdrop, farming... hiện vẫn chưa có hướng dẫn chi tiết về cơ chế quản lý và thuế. Nhiều nội dung dự kiến sẽ được làm rõ trong các văn bản tiếp theo.
📌 5. Nhà đầu tư nên làm gì?
Nếu đang giao dịch crypto, hãy chủ động lưu lại lịch sử mua bán, nạp/rút, P2P, staking, airdrop... để thuận tiện đối chiếu hoặc kê khai khi cần trong tương lai.
⚠️ Giai đoạn này, điều quan trọng nhất là theo dõi văn bản chính thức từ cơ quan quản lý, thay vì tin vào các tin đồn như "Binance bị chặn" hay "P2P bị cấm" khi chưa có thông báo xác nhận.
**Hướng dẫn Claim Squeekchain Testnet NFT khi site bị RPC down**
1. Lấy Sepolia ETH từ faucet:
faucet.quicknode.com/ethereu…
2. Vào trang: sepolia.squeekchain.com/mint
Connect ví → bấm **Get claim authorization**
3. Mở F12 → tab Network → tìm request mới nhất → copy toàn bộ JSON voucher
4. Đưa voucher cho AI và bảo nó viết code Console gọi hàm `claim()` đến contract

5. Vào tab Console, gõ `allow pasting` → paste code → Enter

Quick take on @NutshellMarkets by @DeusTrdng on @squeekchain.
They’re basically trying to build a treasury that grows off trading activity in the ecosystem. LP fees go back into the treasury → use that to stack more $SQK → then later look at tokenized stocks / RWAs.
Simple flywheel: more volume = bigger treasury = more $SQK to put into liquidity. Keeps everything more tied to Squeekchain instead of just needing outside money all the time.
What I like is the plan to buy $SQK with revenue and throw it into LPs (and staking later). Fees compound the treasury and also go to holders. Kinda like that “3,3 perpetual treasury” idea Deus talked about. Better than letting capital just sit there.
Still super early tho. Just teasers, Founders Pass and Discord coming. RWA stuff is more long-term and depends on partners. But since they’re one of the earlier builds on Squeekchain and Deus is building in public, worth watching.
No crazy promises, just trying to capture some value from trading and keep growing.

Seven days ago, while auditing our upcoming product, we repeatedly tested the user-side security flow.
We discovered that Binance Agentic Wallet QR code login grants the scanned website near-private-key control over the user’s wallet. After extensive overnight testing, we were able to bypass existing defenses and confirm control over tens of thousands of wallets.
We immediately paused development and the new product launch, reported the issue to Binance Security, and disabled QR code login on ptah.trade.
Seven days later, the risk remains open across many mainstream platforms that support the same login method. Our white-hat report has received no response.
We currently have over 60,000 users who are accustomed to QR code login. We have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars into this work. We simply want to build in a secure environment.
