Cllr Christina Coleman, a Green councillor for Maresfield & Buxted, has left the party and defected to the Liberal Democrats.
An honour to join the #Isleworth branch of @PoppyLegion collecting donations at Tesco Extra #Twickenham. Volunteers from the branch will also be at the West Middlesex Hospital & the Tesco Extra Osterley in the run up to Remembrance Sunday. Lest we forget.

🟢NEW: Green councillor on Wealden District Council, where the party's national co-deputy leader Rachel Millward is the council leader, has quit the party and defected to the Lib Dems.
Cllr Christina Coleman says the Green Party "has lost its way under Zack Polanski's leadership" and that following recent developments "I no longer feel able to represent the Green Party in good conscience".
She says she remains "proud of the party's ideals of social justice, kindness and nature recovery"and mentions Caroline Lucas, Ellie Chowns and Rachel Millward as figures she has "the greatest respect for".
WDC was one of the areas Labour issued an ultimatum to over the passing of the Zionism is Racism motion. WDC Greens said in an open letter they did not support the policy.

A mid term budget in a landslide parliament should have been much more daring and imaginative. Think of Tory chancellors mid term with much smaller or no majorities. Labour rarely win landslides. This one is being wasted.

Hounslow Council has identified errors in information it supplied to the Children's Commissioner which significantly affected the borough's position in the ‘Childhood Lottery’ report.
