There's been a political vacuum on the population/immigration issue for a long time. Despite polls consistently showing Australians want (much) lower immigration- ALP, LNP, Greens & Indies have united to consistently ignore the will of the Australian (multicultural) people...

Interesting information about "Forever Chemicals" heavily used in wind, solar & EV's. Very destructive to the environment & human health, plus as the name implies, they never breakdown - ever. EV batteries:

Most likely, this is the longest attack by Ukrainian "Neptune-D" cruise missiles against enemy territory. From the probable safe launch location to the target, the distance is over 600 km. Units of the Ukrainian Navy struck a coastal airfield called "Marinovka" in the Volgograd region of Russia with the "Neptune" coastal missile complex. As a result of the attack, two Su-34 frontline fighter-bombers were destroyed on the territory of the 11th Mixed Aviation Regiment (located in Oktyabrsky, Volgograd region), which is part of the 4th Mixed Aviation Division of the 4th Air and Air Defense Army.

Today, Russia once again showed how it really feels about ending the war and seeking peace. The deliberate mass killing of civilians right on the streets and in residential buildings in several Ukrainian cities in a single day – these are Russia’s “arguments” in negotiations. Ukraine and the entire free world must respond to this with real strength. For every victim in Ukraine, Russian defense industry facilities must burn, and Moscow’s very ability to wage aggression must be destroyed. Only the military strength of Ukraine and its partners can stop the daily loss of life caused by bombs, drones, and missiles in the heart of Europe. I call on Ukraine’s partners to give the aggressor a fitting response to its daily terror. Long-range weapons to suppress Russia’s ability to wage its genocidal war, effective air defense systems to save the lives of Ukrainian civilians – this is what will truly bring peace closer. Only together can we stop Russian evil.

Together they represent one of the biggest transfers of wealth from households and businesses to the Treasury in decades – with little to show for it in public services. Whether you're a business owner employing staff, a parent paying school fees, a farmer planning succession, an entrepreneur building wealth or simply someone trying to save for your family’s future... - You keep less of what you earn. - You keep less of what you invest. - You leave less for your family. Death by a thousand cuts.

Incredibly, a Sudanese woman has won the right to stay in Britain thanks to her marriage to her first cousin. It is almost beyond parody. She claimed her ECHR “right to a family life” would be breached if she was forced to leave. This despite the Home Office suspecting that her “marriage” was fake, as no record of it exists in Sudan. Her “husband” was an “asylum seeker” who travelled to Britain via Libya. Sham marriages are a tool of choice for fraudsters breaking into Britain to live here at your expense. In fact a Home Office whistleblower told the Telegraph 99% of asylum applications were fraudulent. The Tories and Labour have made our immigration system a laughing stock. A Reform government will end this madness. We will ban cousin marriage, end asylum in Britain and deport all illegal migrants. We will take our country back.

The Betrayal of Poland At the beginning of the Second World War, the Western Allies recognized the Polish government-in-exile in London as the legal government of Poland. When Germany and the Soviet Union invaded Poland in September 1939, the Polish state did not surrender. Instead, it continued the fight abroad. Polish soldiers fought everywhere. Polish pilots defended Britain during the Battle of Britain, where their skill and courage helped protect the skies over England. Polish troops fought in North Africa, in France, in the Netherlands, and in Germany itself. In Italy, the Polish II Corps captured the monastery at Monte Cassino, one of the most difficult Allied victories of the war. Polish intelligence had already helped the Allies crack the German Enigma cipher. Throughout the conflict, Allied leaders repeatedly affirmed that Poland was fighting for the restoration of its independence. Yet by the final years of the war, those promises began to fade under the weight of geopolitical reality. The Soviet Union had invaded eastern Poland in 1939 and later re-entered the country while driving the Germans westward. As Soviet armies advanced, Stalin began building a communist administration in Poland loyal to Moscow, even though the internationally recognized Polish government still existed in London. At the Yalta Conference in February 1945, Allied leaders Roosevelt and Churchill accepted arrangements that effectively placed Poland within the Soviet sphere of influence. Roosevelt, focused on maintaining Soviet cooperation to end the war and shape the postwar world, proved more willing to accommodate Stalin’s demands. Churchill was troubled by Poland’s fate. He privately agonized over what was happening and attempted to negotiate compromises that might preserve some measure of Polish independence. The settlement also reshaped Poland’s borders. The Allies accepted the Curzon Line as Poland’s eastern frontier, meaning the Soviet Union would permanently keep vast areas of eastern Poland. In total, Poland lost about 45 percent of its prewar territory, including historic cities such as Lwów and Wilno. In compensation, Poland received former German lands in the west. This “compensation” came at a devastating human cost. Millions of Poles were forced to abandon ancestral homes in the east and resettle in the newly acquired western territories. Entire communities that had existed for centuries disappeared and for many Poles, this moment felt like betrayal. The government that had been recognized throughout the war was pushed aside. Soviet-backed authorities took control. Polish soldiers who returned home risked arrest or persecution and execution under the new communist regime. Many veterans chose exile instead. Perhaps the most painful symbol of this abandonment came after the war. In June 1946, Polish troops who had fought alongside Britain were excluded from the London Victory Parade. These were the same men who had defended British skies in 1940 and fought across Europe for Allied victory. Yet their presence had become politically inconvenient. They were simply not invited. Poland had been the first country to resist German aggression in 1939. Its soldiers fought bravely for six years beside the Allies, but when the war ended, Poland did not regain the freedom it had fought for. Instead, it spent the next four decades under Soviet domination. To understand this moment fully, one must also recognize the strategic realities. Stalin believed that a friendly Poland was essential to Soviet security after centuries of invasions from the West. With Soviet armies occupying Eastern Europe by 1945, the Western Allies had little ability to force a different outcome. Still, understanding the circumstances does not erase the sense of loss. For many Poles, the end of the war did not feel like victory. It felt like abandonment. And that is why the phrase “the betrayal of Poland” still echoes so strongly in history today.

Watching Ukraine get showered with ballistic missiles, weapons so fast that intercepting them is nearly impossible without systems like Patriot, is a reminder of what we're dealing with. Vladimir Putin is a murderous dictator and a terrorist. There's no reason for these strikes other than to terrorise civilians and break Ukrainian resilience. The rest of us in the UK and the European Union need to be honest about what this means. In a world where dictatorships will use force to get what they want, we can always be next. No amount of missile defence changes that. The only real deterrent is the certainty that we would respond in kind. There's a trap peace-loving nations fall into, and we need to climb out of it quickly. A kind of Stockholm syndrome. The terrorist's advantage is asymmetry. Vladimir Putin and a Russian society he's brainwashed are prepared to endure hardship and isolation for their objectives. They're counting on us valuing our quiet lives so much that we buckle. He loves that some Europeans tell pollsters they wouldn't fight. He loves that America is negotiating with him directly while NATO looks divided. Europe dwarfs Russia in population, GDP and military power. In a straight conventional fight, Russia wouldn't stand a chance. What's missing is the willingness to accept that defending our way of life might mean real hardship, even war on our own streets. Until we accept that the alternative is bowing to a terrorist armed with nukes, Vladimir Putin keeps winning, and we keep licking his boots.
Overnight, Russia attacked Ukraine with "humanitarian" ballistic missiles, "humanitarian" cluster munitions, and "humanitarian" drones. In Kyiv, an "Epicentr" store in Pochaina was destroyed by the overnight strikes.

🇫🇷 French President Macron: There are people who literally want to create riots. There are people proposing gatherings whose only apparent objective is to create disorder or trigger a situation of disorder. We are in a situation where public order must be maintained. The core of what triggered this purchasing-power crisis is the war in Iran, the blockade of Hormuz and the resulting rise in fuel prices. It's not a tax increase, it's not a government decision, it's not a pension reform that's triggering this social movement. Social media platforms must remove a great deal of illegal content under their terms of service, something they do rather poorly. There was a great deal of content on October 17 calling for looting and extreme violence that had not been removed. I consider the fact that we've reached this point a collective failure. I don't think any high school student started making demands expecting to suffer such terrible consequences. And I don't know any police officer who joined the force to find themselves in such terrible and violent situations. The anger was underestimated by the intelligence services. They were forecasting around 250,000 demonstrators. There were 500,000. So, from the outset, we had a much larger mass of demonstrators.
