“The cult the doctor and the demon” a title my brother stated while finishing 28 Years Later, The Bone Temple.
Ah heck yeah, I finally watched/finished this movie. I’m ngl, it was really slow, and the characters of jimmies did well in their acting cause I f*cking hated them. I’m also sad to say they weren’t particularly interesting to watch, but the depravity they displayed against innocents was genuinely graphic and horrifying. Satanists indeed, golly.
But, the conclusion to the movie was grand, all these different plot points finally came together at the end and was resolved in a satisfying manner. Number of the Beast segment was some good fun too, and I’m thankful Samson was able to thank Kelson audibly for providing his treatment. Probably the most satisfying way for Kelson to pass.
Looks like medicine and treatment are effective after all, thanks science for freeing my bro Samson.
(But gee, Spike wasn’t really much of character in this. After all the events of the first movie it was strange seeing him basically demoted to a side character in this film. Ah well.)
become stubborn as fuck, keep going no matter what
Like damn, that’s me? I wrote that? This made the troll delete their account? You’re not getting away. Not when I’m here.

Their name was #*, and this was their reply on your post. Seems they don’t exist anymore. Therapy is too important not to be defended. Every reply I give is recorded for future reference. Have a great night zzz
YOOOOOO THE TROLL DELETED THEIR ACCOUNT OMFG!!!
Science wins again!!!
Don’t you ever f*cken discredit the effectiveness of therapy you stank a** troll!!! Gtfo with you b*tch a**!
…debunking trolls and misinformation, feels like I’m actually accomplishing something, ya know? Everybody who witnesses the trolls unable to reply against legitimate facts I believe is encouraged to further promote the benefits and good that science is capable of.
Didn’t know I had it in me. A degree and 15+ years of counseling in regards to my own depression and trauma is all my credentials, my love for writing works well in overwhelming the trolls. Eloquence.
Guess people really are scared of words on here. That’s one of their weaknesses haha.
(That, and the old run them down until they can bs anymore, leaving you the victor. Despite it all though, I do my best to remember the human behind the screen.) gn y’all .
Fun I was just watching a movie too, didn’t know that guy was self destructing in the background.
I’m just glad all my replies are still visable, I’d hate to lose the text..

Piece on companionship, and having friends in life, becoming more of yourself doing so.

Something something, no man is an altar onto himself? I think that’s a biblical quote so sorry if it brings friction, but I believe the gist of it is that we cannot build ourselves up alone, we are in genuine need to rely on others and accept help from those outside of our selves.
You ever have a friend that just gets you? The more time you spend together, more memories, experiences and development you participate in, wouldn’t you become more and more of yourself in those moments?
Who we become in the company of others also becomes us I believe. We shouldn’t pass this world alone entirely. It’s okay if it’s not a therapist, but companionship in life is golden.
I guess for some people though, it will be a therapist they need. Gl on your journey .

You have things you hide from yourself. You don’t notice the things you’re not looking for.
A therapist has been trained to recognizes how our own brains turn against us, either in denial, ignorance, aggression, grief, hyper-sexualization, mania etc. depending on what specific flavor any potential mental illness or trauma manifests in, the therapist has access to further resources to help soothe and potentially resolve the issues causing mental distress and imbalance.
