Cryptocurrency nerds now believe Binance has been compromised. The Binance compromise appears to have occurred at approx. the same time as the Polymarket compromise.
However, details are still fuzzy as we are currently witnessing this massive crypto theft in real time.
The estimated amount of money stolen has crossed into the billions.
This is a colossal cryptocurrency heist

I’m genuinely torn between which is worse: the fact that a Contractor was running a personal AI agent on the DoD network, or that it took DoD so long to figure it out.
I can only imagine the poor Accenture compliance officer when they learned out it. Shadow AI is a compliance nightmare.
Sources tell WIRED that an Accenture employee’s personal Claude agent ran on a DOD network for two months before it was identified and the vulnerability could be patched. buff.ly/nUjCkPs

Seems like AI hasn't solved the biggest issue in "support" yet, not all is lost, don't worry it will only get worse.
Impossible to upgrade from @OpenAI @ChatGPT free to plus. CC transactions get rejected without even going to the processor. Helpdesk chat says: "We’re aware of issues affecting Help Center chat. Please email [email protected]" Who don't answer. Gonna try anthropic now. Shitshow

TIL: Microsoft Copilot keeps conversation history and personalization memory, stored in the user’s Exchange mailbox, so retention and eDiscovery apply.
Prompt history, data artifacts, and memory data are stored in hidden folders in the user's Exchange online mailbox, similar to Teams messages.
This means that an attacker with full access to mailboxes can pull this information.

It's always the same story:
"PHP runs a large share of the web, including government services, online stores, banks, media sites, and much of the software that businesses rely on every day. Yet security work on PHP itself still depends on a small group of foundation-funded developers and a little volunteer help."
