Just speculating, but I’m increasingly convinced Larkin could end up in Washington. The Capitals want to win the Cup in Ovi’s final season. They have picks, prospects, Dubois to move, tradable roster players (Sandin? Frank?) and Miroshnichenko on the trade block.
