$MSOS gang - just putting this out there for folks as I have blocked a few people lately and I want to express why.
I am a real person. I am a GenX girl from the Carolinas so I am always down for real dialog. I am a passionate advocate for cannabis and this is the only social media I use for multiple purposes of trading stocks (news notifications) and to connect with like minded folks in the cannabis industry. I have a profile on linkedin for work purposes. I don't mind disagreements or debates. I don't mind good discussion. I think it is healthy to talk through things. I also don't use ChatGPT. I write and I might use Ai Gemini to refine my wording and to help me locate statutes, case law, or medical research. That all being said - I don't like name calling, people degrading me or others, and I don't like cruelty. We can disagree on topics without these hurtful tactics. I care about people and I care about being kind. If I am wrong about something, help me to understand where I am wrong. I am not infallible like anyone else. As European businesses face millions in losses and look to comply with the EU's new Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), Whirlpool can accelerate legacy fleet replacements with its own highly secure, Western-governed appliances. Furthermore, the company can turn this industry vulnerability into a lucrative revenue stream by upselling encrypted, high-margin remote-monitoring software subscriptions (SaaS), ultimately winning lucrative B2B and municipal contracts over less secure foreign competitors. with $WHR sitting at lows not seen since 2008 - up is their only real direction at this point lol.

This morning’s cyberattack against supermarket fridges and freezers has now spread to Belgium, Sweden, Luxembourg and Estonia.
The hackers increased the temperature up to 50C. Food worth millions of euros has been spoiled.
Experts warn that such cyberattacks on supply chains and logistics can constitute a threat to national food security in many Western states.

POWER OUTAGE HITS DOWNTOWN WASHINGTON AHEAD OF ELECTION DAY
More than 1,100 customers lost power in Washington, D.C., just blocks from the White House, on the eve of the US midterm elections.
Utility provider Pepco reports 1,176 affected customers, with a substation failure identified as the probable cause.
Outages are concentrated in Foggy Bottom, home to the State Department.
$MSOS I recently posted that I like discussion - but every now and then on X - no matter how hard I try to be polite - (even to the bot or toxic hemp lover) - I have found that there are those few individual cases where words are to no avail. I recently was called a fraud because I didn't put some of my work experience on linkedin. Lol - well some pieces of my life aren't really relevant to my current work obviously. I reflected on this today thinking of our beloved Patrick Stewart who entertained us for so many years with poise and intelligence -- and those peculiar moments when he did the ultimate facepalm and knew that there were no words to apply. 😂How often in this industry have I felt the same way....both with stocks, certain exaggerated or misleading headlines, and with those who emulate Eeyore in their never ending tropes of misery and bitterness. Sometimes infectious joy or a little bit of hope in life has a way to work its own magic. How many stocks have been chased on numbers that don't math? If anything - our little stocks, being solely dependent on real time data of legal moves, have more certainty than the negative earnings and capex of others that trade far out into the future. I always say to my daughters - don't worry, it all comes out in the wash. It may take time, but in the end, what is truth will prevail. Look at the dot com bubble. Look at the current Ai trading and the data center narratives. Look at the incredible expenses and negative earnings of weaponized low float meme stocks. While ours sits quietly, undervalued, and waiting - would it not be very ironic that cannabis stocks rise while those giant Ai stocks pull back for a bit? This year I have had popcorn in hand, dry powder ready to go, and am waiting with anticipation. We will see what is next. $MSOS - I look forward to cannabis compounds being a future method of addressing cancer, particularly as something that can be utilized beyond the scope or narratives of the recent MRNA proposed drugs. Cannabis, imo, has been attacked because the plant itself is amazing and what I would qualify as perhaps one of God's greatest little miracles. It is why I care so much about this plant. Cannabis has long stood as a threat to man's willful workings in the lab and industrial production. It stands against monetary giants whose financial interests are priority. This precious plant deserves our attention and love. I believe it is a gift to humankind.

🚨🇺🇸 HOLY F*CK! PRIVATE JET SLAMS INTO FLORIDA MOBILE HOME PARK, MULTIPLE DEAD
A private jet reportedly worth $2 MILLION crashed into a mobile home park in Greenacres, Florida, triggering a massive fireball and apparently destroying at least one trailer.
Authorities confirmed MULTIPLE FATALITIES, but it's unclear whether anyone on the ground was killed. The crash left a fiery crater in the road with debris scattered.
The aircraft was believed to be a Learjet 60. It reportedly struck a tree and downed power lines, with witnesses comparing the impact to a MISSILE STRIKE.

$MSOS @tomangell is out 🎃🧛trick-or-treating this weekend and scaring MSO investors once again. Medical licensing applies to all class III drugs in any clinical and pharmaceutical distribution.
Under the Controlled Substances Act (CSA), if a substance is classified as Schedule III, any operator who wants to manufacture, distribute, or dispense it as a federally recognized prescription drug must hold an active DEA registration. If you want to distribute in a non clinical business structure - you will have to wait until the ALJ finalizes the decision and it gets printed into law.
ALSO - ONLY class 1 and class 2 medicines are under 280e. So once recreational is reclassified, they are no longer subject to 280e. That is the law!
Most MSO operators know this, have prepared for this, and have partitioned their corporate structure, inventory and have individual licensing for those entities. Basically your dual state license doesn't apply and wouldn't under any clinical class III drug. Reality is -- we are waiting for the recreational side through the ALJ. Tommy boy is just having his halloween fun as usual - except he does it year round in this sector with his headliners. My background is legal research with a paralegal degree and I also worked in the pharmaceutical environment as a tech when I was originally majoring in biochem - so I am coming from a space of non-conjecture. I am an investor and I trade stocks - and I love plant medicine. If there are any mistakes here or questions - I am happy to listen and address. I actually think it is excellent news and legitimizes the efficacy and seriousness being taken with cannabis as an actual medicine. I personally would love to have clinical pharmaceutical grade product available.
