The 2nd replenishment satellite for the GLONASS constellation launched in less than a month:

There are two new objects "TBA" in an orbit consistent with GLONASS: A0744 and A0745, 19140x1950 km 64.78 incl., one of them (A0745 probably) the upper stage.
