There are times in our lives where time stands still for reflection . Tonight conclude my weekend of reflection , as my young adult child, fell asleep holding my hand.
It also made me feel lucky to have that human touch where many have not for months

I will be devising an assessment tool for working with RN’s within the clinical area, looking at all aspects of care /skills, to create congruency. The RCEM doc for ESLE for our medical colleagues is a start.... does any other Emergency dept utilise a similar document for RN’s??
