Taking my dad to his first @CloudCult show (really his first rock show). It happens to be in the cathedral a block from the house where I grew up, and he has lived for 50 years. Excited!

Slight correction: after losing the CC game, they *did* bring out my lunch, packed in a to-go container.

@RyanSpain once ordered, watched everyone else receive and finish their food, LOST the credit card game to pay for it all, and NEVER got his meal. They just hit him with an, “Oh shoot, our bad, we’ll get you next time you come in.” And…everyone just left to go back to meetings.

128 votes • Final resultsSol Ring! It’s 1994–@jtrey and @Marshall_LR deck had just taught me to play, and I was hooked. I was blown away by this cheap artifact that tapped for more than it cost. My very 1st decklist ideas started with 4x Sol Ring.
That’s when they taught me about “restricted” cards. 😀

It’s been a couple years, and @Oni_Spumoni knows some folks who could use this perspective.
Also: secret algorithms to reward spenders with good luck don’t make sense. Pay-to-win systems are surface-level b/c they want you to *see* them, and then, you know…pay to win.
If you ask a dev team to "fix the shuffler," you are asking them to "fix" the long-proven Fisher-Yates/Knuth shuffle that basically every game uses. Can you be more specific? Exactly what part of the Knuth shuffle algorithm should they change? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fisher…

Clara’s 1st show was @TheNewPornos in ‘05. We were @NekoCase’s guests, & she invited Clara on stage to dance during the encore. Clara bumped her head and cried instead—a missed opportunity she regrets to this day—but back for more live NPs 16 years later, though!

Yuuuup. I hard-forced RB in AFR quick across my four MTG Arena accounts, and I'm currently 17-0 in games. I usually max out my play at 4 wins/day per account to optimize the gold grind, but that's usually more than 16 games!
