Pearson and Reid spoke during “Reclaiming Our Narrative,” a panel hosted by @url_media , the National Community Reinvestment Coalition and the Washington Association of Black Journalists @WABJDC during the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s @CBCFInc Annual Legislative Conference.
Rep. Pearson talked about the importance of Black and independent media in a forum held during Congressional Black Caucus Week 2026.
