You spend so long trying to build the best product and when you see one of the biggest names using it, it feels 10/10
There’s so much more we’re going to build so follow to stay tuned
my new favorite toy is getleads .io
unlimited leads for a flat price with API i can give to claude code
i've just been sending my founder friends leads of their entire total addressable market
i just give claude a company URL, som ICP context and tell it to find their target customers
And then I'm just texting my friends
"here's a list of all your target customers want me to market to them"
im having so much fun right now omg

We've spent over $100k on lead lists so far in 2026.
Ranking every data provider for cold email, after 5M sends this year:
S tier
1. GetLeads: plugs straight into Claude, so you describe the list in plain English and it builds it. Flat monthly price, no credit maths
2. Storeleads: the best ecom database out there
3. Clay: not a database. It's what runs all the others as a waterfall
A tier
4. LeadMagic: cheap, fast, good on emails and mobiles
5. Findymail: finds the hard ones, and you only pay for valid emails
6. FullEnrich: a waterfall built for you, if you don't want to build one in Clay
7. BetterContact: same idea, pay only for what it finds
8. Icypeas: lowest price per email we've seen at volume
B tier
9. Apollo: best filters going. Find the companies here, find the emails somewhere else
10. Instantly Leads: handy if you already send from Instantly
11. AI Ark: lookalike company search is properly useful
12. Wiza: fine for turning Sales Nav lists into emails
C tier (good data, wrong job)
13. ZoomInfo: great data, priced for enterprise sales teams, not volume senders
14. Cognism: the pick for EU mobiles, overkill for email
15. Lusha: phones first, email second
16. Hunter, UpLead, RocketReach: fine for 10 contacts a day, not 10,000
Avoid
> Bought lists. "50k verified leads for $99" means 50k people everyone else bought too
> Any export you don't verify, including from the S tier
Bounce over 2% on a list? Pull it before it pulls your domains.

How to build a lead list full of people who already want what you sell:
We run 1,000+ active campaigns across Leadbird and Cleverly. Some of the best campaigns we've ever run come from this exact list.
Full playbook:
Step 1: Find the posts your buyers are engaging with.
Start with your own LinkedIn posts. Then find the influencers and competitors in your space who post a lot. If you sell SEO, that's anyone posting about SEO.
Step 2: Scrape everyone engaging with those posts.
Use an Apify scraper to pull everyone who commented on or engaged with each post. Now you have a list of people who are actively paying attention to your category.
Step 3: Filter for your ICP.
Run the list through GetLeads to check who actually fits your ICP. Everyone left is a real buyer who is already interested in what you do.
Step 4: Load them into HeyReach.
Push the filtered list into a HeyReach sequence for your LinkedIn outreach.
Step 5: Send this connection request.
"Hey, I saw you engaging with a lot of SEO content. Thought it made sense to connect."
Obviously swap [SEO] for your category.
Step 6: Keep the message about the topic.
Never name-drop the person whose post they engaged with. "I saw you engaging with Rob's content. I also do SEO." comes off way too harsh.
Step 7: Start the conversation once they accept.
Your connection acceptance rate will go through the roof.
These people already engage with content like yours, so they're far more likely to hop on a call when you reach out.
Can't believe more people aren't doing this.
update on azure situation: dont panic
this didnt affect me but a lot of people on azure are seeing issues (20% outages reported)
sorry am a bit late on this since i was unaffected
so i reached out to the vendors directly to get some intel
so not everyone is hit
and nothing is confirmed
this has happened before, people panicked that it was the end of days, but it was just one tenant vendor loads of resellers shared
so before you rebuild anything:
Devastated to hear about the passing of Adam Robinson and his family🕊️
Unfortunately, I can't say I know him like many of the others who are posting
But what I can say:
I wish I could speak more to his character and him as a person but I didn't know him personally, but the swathes of people speaking about how great he is, tells you all you need to know
going live in the smartlead slack community tomorrow
it's a text AMA so no video, just ask me anything
#general, 10am EST / 3pm GMT, 2 hours
ask me about:
- building lead lists
- how to run an agency / how to run email inhosue (communication is more important than results)
- GTM systems that hold up at scale
- copy that gets replies
it's in the smartlead slack community, come find me
answer: yes
lots and lots of people are using cold email to
- build relationships
- sell products
- start partnerships
you just need to do it right
if you disagree, i know a bunch of gtm engineers who would happily show you whats possible
you dont need hermes or openclaw to run a business on ai
its just me and claude
i want to share this to help people realise its actually easier than you think
like here is an example:
- check all applications and auto-approves good fits instantly
- check everyone is actually doing the posts they said and sends nudges
- sends them ideas for what to post based on viral topics
all of this runs from my laptop
ive just asked claude to do it
