Making this spider work in the game really did wonders for my arachnophobia π

Don't go into the forest if you're afraid you'll get bitten.

Which path would you take?
Go left and go deeper into the forest
Go right and enter the mines
The choice is yours

POV: You try to throw a huge rock on your opponent and you miss by a mile

Every good action game should have some daring jumps and falls, right?

Who is this guy and what the hell does he want?
In other news, I started to learn texturing and UV mapping with some(?) amount of success.

This is unreal. I hope karma or whatever gets these AI cloning dudes
Someone recreated my game with AI and is now threatening to publish it on Steam unless I pay him $200.
Obviously, I'm not paying.
First video: my actual game.
Second video: the AI-generated clone.
He apparently found my game through Twitter, fed it into an AI tool, and recreated what he saw.
Now he's asking for $200 or he'll publish it.
Iβm sharing this as a heads-up because I assume Iβm probably not the only indie dev he's doing this to.
I guess we have to be more careful about sharing our projects publicly now. You can spend months making a game, post it online, and someone can apparently try to recreate it with AI almost immediately.
Not gonna lie, itβs kind of funny, but also not funny at all.

Sometimes gamedev is about the small things.
Things that you don't necessarily notice, but they just feel right. I just moved the dust particles when dashing from the center of the player to the lower part of it's feet.
Now it feels much more grounded, what do you think?

I'm working on a new boss. Maybe?
I'm not really sure where I'm going with this, but at least it's some Blender practice
