I guess I never believed that #PTSD would control my life so much. I thought I was managing it. I avoided crowds, wore headphones on New Year's and the 4th, drove as little as possible & locked up my weapons. I had a great career, was building a community, started a 501(c)(3) 1/

It's the last day of #SuicideAwarenessMonth. According to the National Institutes of Health, veterans are ~1.5 times more likely to unalive themselves that the average person. Someone saved my life. Perhaps you can save someone else's. 5/end

Hey @Delta 👋 Usually I love you guys, but this time @AlaskaAir has you beat. I'm a #disabledveteran and last year my symptoms began flaring badly preventing travel. I called Alaska and they reinstated my airline credit that expired during that time. Delta won't 😢
