For hundreds of children at an SAF school campus in Karachi, a nutritious lunch is part of their daily school routine. Throughout October, Sahibzada Fazal Rehman Hospital, Tangi Banda, Kohat continued providing essential healthcare services to the community, providing care to 1,893 patients, conducting 1,299 laboratory tests and 361 ultrasounds, and welcoming 89 newborns. From routine consultations and diagnostic services to maternal healthcare and safe deliveries, SFH remains committed to making quality healthcare accessible to families who need it most. From learning a skill to running their own business. Abdul Samadyar Khan and Abdul Wahab are graduates of Batch 5 at Shahid Afridi Foundation's Skills Development Centre in Landi Kotal. After completing their mechanical training, the two have taken the next step by opening their own motorcycle repair shops, turning what they learned into a source of livelihood. Their journey reflects what skills development can make possible: the confidence to start something of your own, earn independently and support your family. They are among 160+ individuals who completed Batch 5, receiving training in sewing, mechanical, electrical and graphic designing. Each graduate now has practical skills to build upon and new opportunities to pursue.
