CEMA Alert: Reminder - CEMA will conduct the monthly siren test TODAY. All county sirens will sound for one minute at 12 PM noon. This test is meant to ensure the sirens are functioning properly. Note: These sirens are only meant to be heard outside.

Tornado drill postponed! Due to inclement weather affecting the state over the next couple of days, all six National Weather Service Forecast Offices have postponed tomorrow's scheduled Special NOAA Weather Radio "Routine Weekly Test" to Friday, November 6th, at 9:30am.

The National Weather Service in Charleston has confirmed that 5 tornadoes occurred across Southeast South Carolina and Southeast Georgia Saturday. The strongest tornado occurred in western Allendale County, SC, where winds were estimated to have reached 110 mph. #scwx #gawx
