On Wednesday at midnight, UAW Region 1-D Director Steve Dawes and Assistant Director Scott Zuckschwerdt stood shoulder to shoulder with the UAW Local 1002 Bargaining Committee as Bradford White Corporation workers in Middleville, Michigan, walked out on strike.
This strike could have been avoided if the employer had recognized the hard work, value, and sacrifices of our members and bargained a fair agreement.
Local 1002 stands united, and all of Region 1-D stands firmly with them.
