Southern Culture on the Skids puts out a unique hybrid of Americana, surf, rockabilly, swamp pop and toe-sucking geek rock. Kinda weird, but it feels good.

Hey everybody to celebrate the band's California run (starting w/ @casbahsandiego on 6/16 w/our good friend Manfred Jones & his red hot west coast combo The Magnificent) I put together a playlist at open.spotify.com/playlist/4K…. Tour dates/ticket links at scots.com/tour.html.
I’d say the Golden State Melodies playlist is as much about California bands and songs as it is my musical state and tastes….good, bad or ugly! So, I tried to stay off the CA highway of hits and keep to the musical backroads for the journey
SCOTS is heading to the Golden State! ☀️
