Our home meet team dinner gave us a lot to celebrate! Our amazing seniors, Kaylie and Jeremiah, were gifted baskets put together by their teammates. It was also Emily’s birthday, so we enjoyed incredible cake pops to end the night! We are #StrongerTogether

In the 5A Girls State Championship the Rim Rock course record goes down!📷
For decades, no high school girl had broken 17:00 at Rim Rock Farm, but Kapaun Mt. Carmel’s Ava Claassen dipped under the barrier on her way to her first cross country state title, clocking 16:59.16 to take down Katelyn Rupe’s previous course record of 17:09.
