I told one of the kids I work with that he needs to take at least 2 weeks off. He’s playing in a tournament now. Some AAU programs are making kids feel like they are missing something or not committed for not playing in March tournaments.
These athletes need mental breaks.
I’m sorry — but an AAU tournament 7 days after the state tournament and their HS seasons ended is just wrong. Let’s focus on the kids and not the business.
Give these kids some time off🤷🏼♂️ #aau

Recruits!
It has come to my attention that someone has been calling kids from a “No Caller ID” number pretending to be me. Please know that I will always contact you from my personal cell number. I apologize for any confusion this may cause!
