Large companies buying startups is evil, I often hear through the (startup) grapevine. Why? Because it supposedly prevents European (and emerging) ecosystems to produce a Google or Facebook.

".@enagas model supposes to spin-off new entities, #startup-like, from inside the company. But if the goal is to create new companies that can be stand-alone entities in the market, obviously the level of the game becomes higher. Why the reason of this choice? @aonetti w/ M.Oreja
