“We fight while we talk and we talk while we fight.” There are some problems that you can’t shoot your way out of. Any COIN doctrine that does not have a strategic Non-Kinetic Strategy as a part of a comprehensive solution matrix, will inevitably be a tactical response to a strategic problem. However, having stated the above, there is a critical need to operationally create a distinction between Non-Kinetic Operations and Non-Kinetic Strategies. Non-Kinetic Operations: Specific, actionable, and tactical/operational activities that use non-physical, logical, electronic, psychological, or behavioral means—such as cyberattacks, electronic jamming, information operations, or infrastructure/economic support—rather than traditional destructive force. Non-Kinetic Strategies: The overarching long-term plans, policies, and conceptual frameworks that guide how and when to employ non-kinetic tools across a campaign or national security framework to shape the environment, deter adversaries, or build institutional stability.

Security Governance Initiative (SGI): The Security Governance Initiative (SGI) is a multi-year partnership launched by the United States at the U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit in August 2014. Its primary objective is to help partner countries improve the institutional management, policy processes, transparency, and oversight of their security and justice sectors. Rather than offering tactical-level combat training or physical equipment, the SGI focuses on long-term systemic reforms to help states meet citizen security needs responsibly and effectively. To operationalise this partnership, the U.S. and each participating country co-drafted a Joint Country Action Plan (JCAP). The JCAP serves as a strategic roadmap, identifying unique national security challenges and outlining agreed-upon institutional focus areas.

Nigeria and Security Governance: Security governance refers to the structures, institutional processes, laws, and norms that manage, oversee, and hold accountable a nation's security sector. Rather than focusing strictly on military might, it emphasizes that national safety relies on how effectively security institutions (military, police, intelligence) interact with civil authorities, rule of law, and local communities to deliver transparent and equitable protection. In Nigeria, traditional military-first strategies have yielded only temporary fixes against multi-faceted internal threats. To defeat organized crime, banditry, and insurgency, Nigeria must move beyond "security on paper" and shift to an anticipatory, decentralized, and community-integrated security governance framework.

Extremism isn't praying 5 times a day. If it were, Christians who do vigils will also be extremists. Extremism is telling me I can neither eat nor drink in your presence because you're fasting. I saw this with my eyes while serving in Sokoto.
The problem be say extremism to you might mean praying five times a day. Because why would you be triggered by a person saying Islam is the most important thing in their life.

Study math
Do not waste your undergraduate major on any social science. Just don’t do it. Pick a real science. or math. or one of the rigorous humanities. Undergraduate social science is mostly a waste of your time.

When Ibn Taymiyyah died in prison, did the ideology associated with him come to an end? No. Likewise, the death of Shaykh Yahaya Masusuka will not end his legacy of promoting peace and standing for truth.

Nigeria gave major military and police aid to DRC in the early 1960s. From 1960-64 (including 1963) it sent five battalions plus ~400 police under ONUC, trained Congolese police, helped keep order, and spent over $40m. In 1963 Balewa offered to keep troops after any UN pullout. Nigeria remains a long-time UN peacekeeping contributor, with a small MONUSCO presence. In 2001 Obasanjo offered troops to MONUC if peace held.

Imagine slaughtering a person because they have a different opinion about a book you both believe in. Imagine rationalising this death, asking while his body is still warm and wet from his own blood, why he does not believe in the traditions you believe in. There are many terrorists in that hellhole called Nigeria. The terrorists that are easy to identify are those with guns. But by far the larger number are the cowards, who hide behind those with guns and knives and throw questions to the bodies lying lifeless on the floor. How dare you not believe in Hadith they say to the dead, bleeding body. If only you did not say those things. I would not kill you myself but why did you go and get yourself killed they say. And those cowards, they are everywhere, in politics, in academia, in the civil service, in journalism, posing as normal human beings.

The main problem of Arewa is the wahabist. They are the reason why Arewa may never attain the modern development in Art, science and engineering that will diminish poverty in Arewa and end insecurity.

Oil Rich Country Wasting bulk of our oil proceeds on rubbish because there are kids raised to be blood thirsty Wasting our oil money because a part of the country insists on killing Christians to please God Wasting our oil money because a part of the country believes the best thing they can do is kill and shed the blood of Christians who did nothing wrong to them - Send your children population to school, No. - Hold your governors accountable, No - Coexist, No - Accept that killing is not a virtue, No Every morning, blood Every afternoon, blood Every night , blood All because you think the blood pleases God. Christians are innocently worshipping their God in Enugu. Meanwhile there are kids being trained somewhere else with plans to kill them Christians are innocently worshipping their God in Jos. Meanwhile there are kids singing chants of genocide somewhere thirsting for the blood of those Christians Crazy part? None of these Christians did anything to them. Absolutely Nothing. Just minding their own business After you will say there is no Christian Genocide in Nigeria? No Christian persecution? Show me a video of Christians anywhere in this country singing or chanting death chants for Muslims. Show me one. I can instead show you videos of Christian pastors saying we and Muslims are the same and God's children all together If you're a Christian seeing this - Call on your pastors - Call on your leaders - Call on those with money around you There is need for media awareness and campaign against this threat. We will be stupid to sit down and watch ourselves get slaughtered. @Zikoko_Mag @wearegst we need a series and I don't mind sponsoring it financially We must draw the attention of the Western world to this beyond what we have. Christians are sitting on a keg of gunpowder in Nigeria
Since 2009 About 13 Trillion Naira has been spent fighting Boko Haram Read that again. 13 Trillion Naira You encourage extremism, then use our crude oil proceeds to fight the aftermath. Wasting oil money that could have been used for any other thing

Nigerian Christians are too non Chalant There is a video of kids singing a song to kill Christians who did nothing to them And all of you are quiet - That song was not sang by those kids for the first time. - Those kids are not the only group that's been taught that song - There is a mindset that gave birth to that song - All those kids will kill a Christian without blinking If you deep analyze what that chant means, you will know that the country should be on a shut down or stand still because of that song I cannot be calm in a country where kids are taught killing songs targeting me, my family, friends and kindred.

This was a tweet about the ideological battle between Massussuka versus Izala sect members in the core North. 1 year later he has been assassinated. He has been silenced by the radicals and fundamentalists. This is why Boko haram cannot be defeated in the north. This is why the north cannot be reformed.
If you're not following Masussuka vs Izala back and forth you're missing out.
