Breaking | Surrey, Canada “Terror Attack” — Narinder Singh Randhawa’s Car Burnt; Team Shaheed Nijjar’s Bus Also Targeted The car belonging to Khalistan Referendum activist Narinder Singh Randhawa, who received an RCMP “Duty to Warn” notification and is facing death threats, was burnt. The “car arson terror attack” occurred after Sikhs For Justice organized the China “Annex Arunachal Pradesh” — Khalistan Freedom March from the Chinese Consulate to the Indian Consulate, where Manjinder Singh, another “Duty to Warn” target, shredded the Indian Tiranga. Team Shaheed Nijjar’s bus was also spray-painted with graffiti. Narinder alleges that “followers of Modi’s violent Hindutva ideology carried out the attacks to stop my referendum campaign.” “But this is my resolve and the ardas I offered with Shaheed Hardeep Singh Nijjar: I will continue to campaign for the freedom of Punjab until death.” In the last two months, the RCMP has issued “Duty to Warn” notifications to Khalistan Referendum organizers Inderjeet Singh Gosal, Narinder Singh Randhawa and Manjinder Singh.

ALERT: PLACES OF WORSHIP OR RECRUITMENT GROUNDS FOR INDIA’S SPY NETWORK? HINDU MANDIRS & SIKH GURDWARAS — STOP HOSTING INDIAN CONSULAR CAMPS! REMINDER: NOVEMBER 3, 2024 — HINDU SABHA MANDIR, BRAMPTON Canadian Sikhs will continue to hold Indian consular officials responsible for the assassination of Shaheed Nijjar and ongoing assassination plots against Khalistan Referendum activists Inderjeet Singh Gosal, Manjinder Singh, and Narinder Singh Randhawa. After Indo-Canadian followers of Modi’s violent Hindutva ideology ATTACKED Canadian Sikhs on November 3 during the “SIEGE” of an Indian consular camp, why are religious institutions opening their doors again to Indian officials amid CSIS reports of Indian diplomats being actively involved in foreign interference, surveillance, and transnational repression? COUNTER | CHALLENGE | EXPOSE OCTOBER 25 — Lakshmi Narayan Mandir, SURREY NOVEMBER 15 — Hindu Sabha Mandir, BRAMPTON CARNEY GOVERNMENT — WILL YOU CURB INDIAN CONSULAR “DEATH CAMPS” OR WAIT FOR ANOTHER NOVEMBER 3?
SFJ puts Carney government on notice — “Curb Indian consular camps or face confrontation” “I ask Canadian Sikhs to coordinate citizens’ arrests and lock Indian consular officials inside mandirs and gurdwaras to facilitate the RCMP in laying charges…” — Pannun Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) has formally put the Carney government on notice over the return of Indian consular camps to Hindu temples and Sikh gurdwaras, warning of confrontation by pro-Khalistan Canadian Sikhs over suspected Indian foreign interference and the rebuilding of intelligence networks in Canada. In an October 21 letter to Public Safety Minister Gary Anandasangaree and Justice Minister and Attorney General Sean Fraser, SFJ General Counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannun demanded a written response identifying concrete security measures to prevent Indian consular operations from being exploited for surveillance, recruitment of informants, intelligence gathering, and transnational repression. The formal notice cites the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS), which identified India as “the second most pervasive foreign interference perpetrator in Canada,” and raises the unresolved question of accountability for the June 18, 2023, assassination of Khalistan Referendum leader Shaheed Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Surrey, following the Canadian government’s announcement of credible allegations linking Indian government agents to his killing. Khalistan Referendum activists Inderjeet Singh Gosal (Ontario), Manjinder Singh (British Columbia), and Narinder Singh Randhawa (British Columbia) continue to face threats to their lives and have received RCMP Duty-to-Warn notices. The letter reminds the Carney government of the November 3, 2024, violence at Hindu Sabha Mandir in Brampton, where temple members raised “Lawrence Bishnoi Zindabad” slogans and attacked pro-Khalistan activists, resulting in defensive action by Referendum campaigners. The notice also highlighted subsequent incitement and violence by Indo-Canadian followers of Modi’s Hindutva ideology directed against Peel Regional Police officers. The same Hindu Sabha Mandir is scheduled to host Indian consular officials again on November 15, 2026. Pannun’s formal warning to the Carney government “Prime Minister Carney — where is the accountability for Shaheed Nijjar’s assassination? Why are Indian consular camps being allowed while Khalistan Referendum activists continue receiving RCMP Duty-to-Warn notices concerning threats to their lives? “Curb Indian consular camps or face confrontation by pro-Khalistan Canadian Sikhs who will expose and challenge the rebuilding of India’s spy network.” SFJ called upon Canadian Sikhs, starting October 25, from Shri Lakshmi Narayan Mandir in Surrey to Hindu Sabha Mandir in Brampton, to exercise their rights under Canadian law concerning citizens’ arrests of Indian consular officials who will be organizing spy-network camps. “My message to the management of Hindu mandirs and Sikh gurdwaras is direct: Do not allow religious institutions to become centres of Indian espionage and transnational repression or to facilitate assassination plots against Khalistan Referendum activists.” — Gurpatwant Singh Pannun General Counsel, Sikhs For Justice

“PATRIOT AT HEART” — AMERICA, CANADA, OR MODI’S INDIA? NOTE: This account’s repeated promotion of narratives aligned with Modi’s Indian government raises questions about its possible involvement in foreign influence and transnational repression, including whether it has any connection to Indian High Commissioner Dinesh Patnaik or his associates. Allen Hampton (@Hamp_Allen), your X bio says “US/Canada” and “Patriot at heart,” but your posts echo the propaganda of Modi’s Indian regime and its violent Hindutva ideology. YOU TWEETED: “This so-called ‘Khalistan Referendum’ organised in Alberta is a sham driven by extremist elements to extract money and resources from the Sikh diaspora.” These words echo narratives consistently promoted by Indian High Commissioner, Modi’s government and amplified on Indian television. You call the Khalistan Referendum a “sham” while defending the Indian Tiranga — which symbolizes the 1984 Sikh Genocide and the continuing genocide of Sikhs in Punjab through: DEBT • DRUGS • DEMOGRAPHIC CHANGE CSIS has warned that Indian foreign interference includes pro-India messaging through social media aimed at undermining the Khalistan movement in Canada. Modi regimes Foreign influence and transnational repression are serious threats to Canadian and American sovereignty and the democratic freedoms of Pro Khalistan Sikhs. Online campaigns that portray peaceful Khalistan Referendum participants as extremists deserve scrutiny by CSIS & FBI. Your post repeats that anti-Khalistan narrative and promotes Modi’s transnational repression messaging. “MODI REGIME’S BULLETS COULD NOT SILENCE THE KHALISTAN REFERENDUM — NEITHER WILL SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS THAT AMPLIFY MODI’S VIOLENT PROPAGANDA AND PEDDLE ANTI-KHALISTAN NARRATIVES.” NEXT KHALISTAN REFERENDUM — MARCH 21, 2027 | AUSTRALIA The Khalistan Referendum will continue in Canada and across the world until Punjab is liberated from Indian occupation and an independent Khalistan is established.
🚨🇨🇦 We’ve lost our beautiful Canada to the hands of Khalistani extremists. A Khalistan referendum took place on the grounds of the Alberta Legislature in Edmonton. Voters walked over the Indian flag. “Wanted” banners of India’s leaders hung nearby, alongside images of Bhindranwale and Nijjar. This so-called “Khalistan Referendum” organised in Alberta is a sham driven by extremist elements to extract money and resources from the Sikh diaspora. Canada is not a staging ground for separatism theater. Movements tied to foreign separatist agendas deserve scrutiny. This has no place in Canada.

Alberta Referendum: Canada Allows the Ballot on Independence — Modi’s India Answers Punjab’s Demand with Transnational Assassinations: “Prime Minister Carney Defends Canadian Unity Through Democracy. Modi’s India Is Occupying Punjab with Armed Forces.” — Pannun EDMONTON, ALBERTA | OCTOBER 19, 2026 Sikhs For Justice (SFJ), a secessionist group seeking independence for Indian-governed Punjab through the Khalistan Referendum, today drew a sharp contrast between Canada’s democratic treatment of independence movements and the Indian government’s response to the Khalistan movement, as Albertans vote on whether to initiate the constitutional process toward a future referendum on separation from Canada. Today, October 19, Alberta is holding a provincially administered referendum concerning the province’s constitutional future. On October 18, an estimated more than 23,000 votes were cast in the Khalistan Referendum in Edmonton, according to SFJ, with voting extended by the Punjab Referendum Commission to accommodate voters still waiting in line. SFJ General Counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannun stated: “Two consecutive days. Two independence questions. One fundamental democratic principle: the right of people to peacefully advocate and vote on their political future. Yet two governments respond differently — Canada allows the ballot; Modi’s India answers with bullets.” Prime Minister Mark Carney opposes Alberta’s separation from Canada. Yet Alberta’s independence question is being debated publicly and placed before voters through Canada’s democratic institutions. For Sikhs advocating Punjab’s independence, SFJ General Counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannun stated that India’s response to the Khalistan Referendum has been “transnational assassinations and ongoing kill plots.” The assassination of Canadian citizen and Khalistan Referendum organizer Shaheed Hardeep Singh Nijjar in June 2023 was linked to agents of the Government of India through credible allegations publicly disclosed by then-Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. The RCMP subsequently disclosed evidence linking Indian government agents to homicides, violent criminal activity and threats against Canadian Sikhs. According to SFJ, Khalistan Referendum organizer Inderjeet Singh Gosal was offered witness protection by the RCMP, while prominent activists Manjinder Singh and Narinder Singh Randhawa received RCMP Duty-to-Warn notices citing threats to their lives. Pannun said the central issue is not whether Prime Minister Carney supports Alberta’s independence or whether Modi supports Punjab’s independence. The issue is whether a government can deny people the freedom to peacefully advocate, organize and vote for self-determination. “In Canada, an independence movement is answered with a ballot. In Modi’s India, the Khalistan Referendum has been answered with bullets,” Pannun stated. As the Carney government goes the extra mile to secure a trade agreement and establish Modi’s India as an economic partner, SFJ maintains that Canada must secure meaningful accountability for the assassination of Shaheed Nijjar on Canadian soil and press Modi’s government to permit Sikhs in Indian-governed Punjab to vote on the question: “Should Indian-Governed Punjab Be an Independent Country?” Pannun also announced that SFJ have plans to “Disrupt Modi’s Canadian Visit — From Touchdown to Takeoff.”

PRESS RELEASE SFJ’s Strategy FIFTH-GENERATION WARFARE 5GW FUNDING AND SUPPORTING CJP TO “TOPPLE MODI’S REGIME” “Modi’s political career started in Punjab and we will bury Modi politically in Punjab” Pannun declared at Edmonton Khalistan Referendum: “Modi Will Face Khalistan Challenge From Touchdown to Takeoff in Canada and America”: Addressing a gathering of thousands, at the October 18 Khalistan Referendum in Edmonton, Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) General Counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannun announced that SFJ is funding and supporting CJP and youth movements in India under its Fifth-Generation Warfare 5GW strategy, with the declared political objective of “Toppling Modi’s Regime.” Referring to the assassination of Shaheed Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada, Pannun accused Modi’s regime of using bullets to stop the Khalistan Referendum and demanded accountability of Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, S. Jaishankar, Ajit Doval and Samant Goel. Pannun outlined three fronts in SFJ’s 5GW campaign for Punjab’s independence from India: 1. KHALISTAN REFERENDUM — Mobilizing Sikhs globally to exercise their right to self-determination through the ballot. Pannun also announced that, beginning November 1 — Sikh Genocide Remembrance Day — SFJ will launch a campaign to register two million voters for the Khalistan Referendum, parallel to Punjab’s Assembly election process. 2. CJP and Youth MOVEMENT: — Funding and supporting political movements challenging Modi’s government from within India. “For the first time — Hindustani versus Hindustani,” Pannun declared. 3. ABANDON INDIAN MARKETS - KILL Modi’s India Economically — Pursuing foreign investments to “Abandon Indian Market”. “Toppling Modi’s regime is a step towards the liberation of Punjab,” declared Pannun. Addressing Modi’s proposed December visits to Canada and the United States, Pannun stated: “Modi will face the Khalistan challenge from touchdown to takeoff in Canada and America.” Sikh Homeland Security (SHS): Pannun reiterated that globally Sikh youth should take arms training and join the Sikh Homeland Security (SHS) Defensive Force, describing its purpose as lawful community protection and defensive preparedness.
🚨 India’s Modi regime may succeed in killing me. I may not live to see Khalistan, but I am determined that the next generation of Sikhs will live in a free Punjab — not under Indian occupation” — Pannun Voting -18 OCTOBER 2026 📍Alberta Legislature Grounds, Edmonton, Canada 🇨🇦

TRAGEDY AT CANADIAN FORCES BASE WAINWRIGHT, ALBERTA — SFJ STANDS IN SOLIDARITY WITH CANADA’S ARMED FORCES “The loss of those who serve Canada is a loss felt by all Canadians.” — Pannun On behalf of Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) and the global Sikh community participating in today’s Khalistan Referendum in Edmonton, I express our deepest condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the tragic incident at Canadian Forces Base Wainwright. Our prayers are with the injured, their families, and every member of the Canadian Armed Forces affected by this tragedy. We salute the courage and dedication of Canada’s firefighters, paramedics, medical professionals and emergency responders working tirelessly to save lives. Today, as Sikhs gather in Alberta to exercise their democratic right to self-determination, we remember that the freedom and democratic rights we cherish in Canada are protected by those who serve this country. We cannot bring back those who have been lost. But we can honour their lives, stand beside their families, and ensure that their sacrifice is never forgotten. May Waheguru grant peace to the departed souls, strength to the grieving families, and healing to the injured. In grief, there are no strangers. Today, we are one Canadian family.
A catastrophic blast at Canadian Forces Base Wainwright, Alberta has reportedly resulted in multiple fatalities and injuries during a live fire military training operation. According to local sources on base, Canadian Forces personnel had been conducting exercises over several days when an artillery projectile reportedly struck an active natural gas well on the bombing range, triggering a massive detonation. The blast is said to have levelled nearby tactical training buildings, with subsequent fires reaching munitions storage and setting off secondary detonations across the range. The geography and infrastructure; ➟ CFB Wainwright has a documented history of natural gas production, with approximately 180 wells reported on the military property in 2014. ➟ Military range maps identify munitions storage, pipelines and designated live fire danger areas near Peterson Pond. ➟ NASA FIRMS satellite imagery recorded multiple thermal hotspots between Peterson Pond and Jamieson Lake on October 17. Local accounts also describe hospitals activating Code Orange protocols, mobilizing stretchers and preparing for a significant influx of casualties. The reported gas well strike, secondary detonations and hospital emergency measures remain unconfirmed as authorities investigate the incident. Should these reports be confirmed, my thoughts and prayers are with everyone involved and affected.

“Either Independence of Punjab or Death — nothing in between.” — Pannun FBI issues “Duty to Warn” to American-Canadian Khalistan lawyer Pannun over imminent threat to life RCMP also warned Pannun of threats to his life and Ontario residence in recent weeks, as Carney government advances trade agreement with Modi’s India Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) General Counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, a dual American-Canadian citizen and human rights lawyer, received a “Duty to Warn” from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on October 15, citing an imminent threat to his life, particularly in connection with travel from the United States to Canada to participate in the October 18 Khalistan Referendum in Edmonton, Alberta. The FBI warning follows recent warnings by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) concerning threats to Pannun’s life and specifically to his residence in Ontario. The latest security warnings by RCMP and FBI coincide with the Carney government’s decision to advance a trade agreement with India, raising questions about Canada’s approach to relations with the Modi government while Canadian Khalistan Referendum activists continue to face death threats. Prime Ministers Mark Carney and Narendra Modi reaffirmed their commitment on October 13 to advancing a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), alongside bilateral security cooperation. Pannun questions Carney government’s trade agreement with India Responding to the continuing threats and Canada’s advancing trade relationship with India, Pannun stated: “The Carney government’s decision to move forward with a trade agreement and security cooperation with the Modi regime raises a fundamental contradiction: How can Canada claim progress on security cooperation with India while assassination threats against Khalistan Referendum activists continue on Canadian soil? “On one side, the RCMP is warning Khalistan referendum activists of threats to their lives and homes. On the other, the Carney government is advancing trade and security cooperation with the very Modi regime behind the assassinations and ongoing death threats.” “What has changed — has the Modi regime stopped its assassination operations in Canada, or has the Carney government changed its approach to confronting them?” Pannun responds to FBI warning: “Either Independence of Punjab or Death — nothing in between.” “The Modi regime may succeed in killing me. I may not live to see Khalistan, but I am determined that the next generation of Sikhs will live in a free Punjab — not under Indian occupation.” “The question is not whether Pannun survives another assassination plot. The question is whether the Sikh people’s right to self-determination can be stopped through assassination threats. It cannot.” “On October 18, Edmonton will write another chapter in the peaceful struggle for Punjab’s liberation from Indian occupation. Modi’s bullets may kill Pannun, but they cannot erase a ballot already cast.” — Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, General Counsel, Sikhs For Justice RCMP warnings to Khalistan Referendum organizers in Canada In August 2026, the RCMP issued “Duty to Warn” notifications to three prominent Khalistan Referendum organizers: Inderjeet Singh Gosal in Ontario, and Manjinder Singh and Narinder Singh Randhawa in British Columbia. On October 7, the RCMP also issued a threat-to-life warning to Avtar Singh Pannu, an American Khalistan Referendum coordinator visiting Edmonton to organize the October 18 vote. The warnings come against the backdrop of the June 2023 assassination of Canadian Sikh leader Shaheed Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Surrey, British Columbia, and the U.S. Department of Justice’s criminal case concerning an alleged Indian government-directed assassination plot targeting Pannun in New York. October 18 Khalistan Referendum to proceed in Edmonton Despite continuing threats to its organizers, Sikhs For Justice confirms that the October 18 Khalistan Referendum will proceed as scheduled. The non-binding referendum provides Sikh voters an opportunity to cast a YES or NO ballot on Punjab’s independence from India and the establishment of Khalistan.
Sikh separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, who was the target of a foiled 2023 assassination plot allegedly directed by an ex-Indian intelligence official, is facing new threats to his life that are being investigated by the FBI, Pannun told CBS News on Thursday. cbsn.ws/4i04ofA

Canada Should Question: WHY has the Carney government removed the September 2026 CSIS report, “Foreign Interference Landscape in Canada,” from Canada.ca identifying India as the “second most pervasive” foreign-interference perpetrator in Canada.? 👇👇 canada.ca/en/security-intell… canada.ca/content/dam/csis-s… Who Is Ruling CANADA — PM Carney OR PM Modi? REMOVING a CSIS report on India’s foreign interference itself raises the question: Is this foreign interference in action? PM Carney: CSIS publicly identified India as the “second most pervasive” foreign-interference perpetrator in Canada. Now the Canadian government webpage carrying that assessment is returning a 404 — Page Not Found. If a Canadian intelligence assessment exposing India’s foreign interference is removed while Canada is renewing engagement with India: “Does the REMOVAL itself demonstrate the very foreign influence and interference CSIS was warning Canadians about?” IS IT because: The Indian Trade Mission is in Canada from October 5–9? Trade Minister Maninder Sidhu and Foreign Minister Anita Anand are visiting India from October 12? Who did the Canadian government take directions and instructions from to remove the CSIS report? Was it Modi’s Indian regime? Canadians DESERVE to know WHO ordered the report removed, why it was removed, and whether India pressured or influenced the Canadian government to take it down.
🚨 BREAKING — On 3 September 2026 CSIS ISSUED UPDATED ASSESSMENT ON INDIA'S Foreign Interference & TNR Following SFJ’s Communique and WARNINGS ON INDIAN DIPLOMAT MAHAVEER SINGHVI's Link to TNR in Canada. Following Sikhs For Justice’s information-sharing and communications with Canada’s Public Safety Minister concerning the Modi government’s continuing transnational repression, alleged assassination plots and foreign interference targeting Khalistan Referendum activists — including SFJ’s warnings regarding the appointment of Mahaveer Singhvi as India’s Consul General in Toronto and SFJ’s allegation that Singhvi is a R&AW operative involved in surveillance and espionage operations against Khalistan Referendum activists — CSIS, in its September 3, 2026 assessment, states: INDIA — “SECOND MOST PERVASIVE” FI PERPETRATOR “India is the second most pervasive FI perpetrator in Canada.” CSIS says India has the “intent and capability to interfere in Canadian communities and democratic processes” and that Indian foreign interference targets all levels of government. INDIAN DIPLOMATS & INTELLIGENCE OFFICERS CSIS states that: “Indian officials, diplomats and declared or undeclared Indian Intelligence Service officers conduct FI activities in Canada.” CSIS further identifies proxy agents and organizations that take explicit or implicit direction from the Government of India. MEDIA & SOCIAL MEDIA AGAINST KHALISTAN CSIS states: “Indo-Canadian ethnic media and social media promote pro-India messaging to undermine the Canada-based Khalistani movement.” SURVEILLANCE — COERCION — THREATS CSIS identifies Indian foreign-interference practices including: • Monitoring and surveillance of community groups • Threats to family members in India • Leveraging visa issuance • Travel “blacklists” • Disinformation and media-influence campaigns CSIS WARNING: OPERATIONS MAY BECOME HARDER TO DETECT Following Canada’s expulsion of six Indian diplomats and consular officials allegedly involved in foreign interference, CSIS assesses that the Government of India will likely: “improve their tradecraft and operational security to make their FI activity harder to detect.” SFJ maintains that its warnings concerning Mahaveer Singhvi and alleged Indian surveillance and espionage targeting Khalistan Referendum activists must now be examined in the context of CSIS’s broader findings concerning Indian diplomats, intelligence officers, proxies, surveillance and media influence operations in Canada. THE QUESTION FOR CANADA: With CSIS identifying India as Canada’s “second most pervasive” foreign-interference perpetrator, what measures are being taken to protect Canadians from foreign interference and transnational repression while Canada continues its engagement with the Modi government. FACT CHECK — @jkenney Jason Kenney’s comparison misses one fundamental fact: The Khalistan Referendum question — the same question being put before Sikhs in Alberta — has NEVER been on the ballot in Indian-Occupied Punjab: “SHOULD INDIAN-GOVERNED PUNJAB BE AN INDEPENDENT COUNTRY?” So how can the results of Indian parliamentary or Punjab Assembly elections — where Punjab independence was never the question on the ballot — be cited as evidence of support for or opposition to Khalistan? 1989 Pro-Khalistan leader Sardar Simranjit Singh Mann won election to India’s Parliament while imprisoned, and candidates representing or backed by the pro-Khalistan political movement won 9 out of 14 parliamentary seats in Punjab. Sardar Mann went on to win MP elections in 1999 and, most recently, in 2022. MAY–JUNE 1991 Punjab’s parliamentary and Legislative Assembly elections were scheduled and then cancelled/postponed on the eve of voting. The pro-Khalistan leadership was preparing to contest those elections, with Shaheed Jathedar Gurbachan Singh Manochahal backing a plan to introduce a “Khalistan Resolution” in the Punjab Assembly if the pro-Khalistan groups prevailed. THEREAFTER The majority of pro-Khalistan Sikh groups decided to boycott elections conducted under the Indian Constitution rather than treat participation in those elections as a vote on Punjab’s sovereignty. That is precisely why ordinary elections cannot answer the question Jason Kenney is attempting to answer with Canadian and Indian election statistics. The ongoing Khalistan Referendum does what those elections under the Indian Constitution never did: directly asks Sikhs the question of Punjab’s independence — allowing them to campaign, educate, vote and gauge support through the ballot. NEXT KHALISTAN REFERENDUM 18 OCTOBER 2026 EDMONTON, ALBERTA NOTE: Two sitting MPs, Amritpal Singh and Sarabjeet Singh Khalsa, also won their elections with the support of pro-Khalistan Sikhs.
Oy vey. It's like we're stuck in a Monte Python skit. Something that both Khalistani and Alberta separatist movements have in common: they're both radically unpopular, but just carry on despite that. They both started in the early 1980s, and have contested federal and provincial elections since then. In the ensuing 40 years, Khalistani separatists have elected two MLAs and zero MPs; while Alberta separatists have elected one MLA and zero MPs. Both movements typically get 1% or 2% of the vote when running for office. But that doesn't prevent either movement from claiming to speak for the people who keep voting against them in massive numbers.

Breaking: PM Carney affirms — Canada has *“some evidence” of Modi government’s involvement in assassination of Shaheed Nijjar In a first, PM Carney, in an interview with The New York Times, acknowledged: “First off, we think, and there’s some evidence [Modi government’s hand in the assassination of Shaheed Nijjar], and I’ll leave it since I don’t want to delve into specific prosecutions….” PM Carney concluded by expressing apprehension that India-backed crimes could continue to occur in Canada: “I can’t guarantee that no [Indian government-backed] crime will occur in Canada.” Excerpts of PM Carney’s 27 September Interview with New York Times: Relations with India Matina Stevis-Gridneff Question: You mentioned India and it’s timely. [Prime Minister Narendra] Modi is coming to Canada. You visited earlier this year. Obviously, this is a really painful topic for many Canadians. It was very recently that your predecessor ruptured that relationship by saying that Modi’s government was behind an assassination on Canadian soil. Do you have reason to believe that this intervention, transnational repression, meddling in Canadian affairs, since you have restarted that relationship, has so radically changed that it no longer poses a threat to Canadians of Indian descent, Sikhs or otherwise? Mark Carney First off, we think, and there’s some evidence, and I’ll leave it since I don’t want to delve into specific prosecutions, but there’s some evidence of heightened coordination and implications of that heightened coordination for protecting Canadians and protecting others. That’s the first point, and more generally, the security cooperation that’s part of the relationship, which obviously could not take place in a rupture, we think is helpful and good. I’m a believer that, regardless of the relationship, it’s important to have a relationship so you can deliver messages directly, as opposed to preach from afar, and to limited effect. So there’s been progress. The security side has deepened. You asked your question a bit like, almost, can I guarantee that no crime will occur in Canada? I can’t guarantee that no crime will occur in Canada. Gurpatwant Singh Pannun SFJ General Counsel “PM Carney’s first public acknowledgment of ‘some evidence’ corroborates and vindicates what Prime Minister Trudeau stated in Parliament on September 18, 2023, that Indian government agents were involved in the assassination of Khalistan Referendum organizer Shaheed Hardeep Singh Nijjar. Canada later expelled six Indian diplomats and consular officials after the RCMP gathered what Foreign Minister Mélanie Joly described as ‘ample, clear and concrete evidence’ identifying six individuals as persons of interest in the Nijjar case. SFJ maintains that Indian diplomats Sanjay Kumar Verma, Manish, Kanwaljit and R&AW official Pavan Rai were directly involved in the assassination operation.

BREAKING — PRO-TRUMP, PRO-AMERICA SIKHS ARRESTED AHEAD OF U.S. AMBASSADOR GOR’S VISIT TO AMRITSAR: @USAndIndia @USAmbIndia @StateDept @SecRubio @HarmeetKDhillon Ambassador Gor: “Modi’s India has criminalized Sikhs who are pro-America, support President Trump, and advocate for Khalistan.” Ahead of your Amritsar visit, Indian police have arrested pro-America Sikhs for writing: “WELCOME AMBASSADOR GOR” “TRUMP–AMERICA — KHALISTAN ZINDABAD” “PUNJAB IS NOT INDIA” These are political words. BUT Modi’s India has labeled them a “Threat to Peace” and a “Challenge to National Integrity.” Ambassador Gor, when you visit Darbar Sahib in Amritsar, speak publicly: Supporting America, supporting President Trump, and peacefully advocating for the Khalistan Referendum are political beliefs — NOT CRIMES. SFJ General Counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannun FOR YOUR REFERENCE - Below is the transcript of the September 26 press conference by Indian Police following the arrest of pro-America Sikhs: Today, under the leadership of Commissioner of Police Harmanbir Singh Gill, the Amritsar Commissionerate Police team investigated an incident that occurred during the intervening night of September 25 and 26 within the A-Division police station area. Slogans were written at three locations in Amritsar: Amritsar Railway Station Bhandari Bridge Hall Gate The slogans stated: “WELCOME AMBASSADOR GOR — BUT PUNJAB IS NOT INDIA.” “TRUMP–AMERICA — KHALISTAN ZINDABAD.” “PUNJAB HUL KHALISTAN.” These slogans were written with the intention of “disrupting peace” and “challenging national integrity.” Following directions from Commissioner Harmanbir Singh Gill, the CIA team, working under the supervision of Virk, along with Yuvraj and personnel from the local police station, began investigating the incident. Police said the case was traced within four to five hours. Two individuals were arrested: Mangal Singh and Arshdeep, aged 26 and 23, respectively. Both are residents of Amritsar. Police stated that three additional individuals were named in the case, including Harpreet Singh and two others. Gora and Gurpatwant Pannun of Khalistan Referendum 2020 are based in the United States. Arshdeep had been communicating with Gora and Gurpatwant Pannun through Snapchat, and the incident was planned through those communications. The local individuals were induced to participate through promises of money, assistance, and help in going abroad, although no money had actually been paid to them. The local participants had been misled into carrying out the incident, and the sequence of events had been orchestrated by those communicating with them. Two individuals had been arrested, three additional individuals had been named in the case, and the investigation had identified those involved within four to five hours.
PRO-KHALISTAN SLOGANS “WELCOME AMBASSADOR GOR — BUT PUNJAB IS NOT INDIA” PAINTED AT AMRITSAR AHEAD OF U.S. AMBASSADOR’S VISIT “Ambassador Gor, the message painted across Amritsar is very clear: PUNJAB IS NOT INDIA. The future of Punjab must be decided by the people of Punjab through the Khalistan Referendum — and we seek American support for this.” — Gurpatwant Singh Pannun General Counsel, Sikhs For Justice Ambassador Gor Urged to Visit Shaheedi Gallery to Know the History and Consequences of the Indian Army’s Invasion of Darbar Sahib Ahead of U.S. Ambassador Sergio Gor’s planned September 28 visit to Darbar Sahib, pro-Khalistan Sikhs have painted slogans at Amritsar Railway Station, Hall Gate and Bhandari Bridge, welcoming the American envoy with a direct message: “WELCOME AMBASSADOR GOR — BUT PUNJAB IS NOT INDIA.” “TRUMP–AMERICA — KHALISTAN ZINDABAD.” “PUNJAB HUL KHALISTAN.” “We urge Ambassador Gor to also visit the Shaheedi Gallery to know the history and consequences of the Indian Army’s invasion of Darbar Sahib,” said Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, General Counsel of Sikhs For Justice. The Shaheedi Gallery was constructed by the SGPC with the relentless efforts of Damdami Taksal Chief Baba Harnam Singh Khalsa to preserve the memory of the Sikh martyrs and tell the history of what happened at the very place Ambassador Gor will visit on September 28 — Darbar Sahib and Akal Takht Sahib during the June 1984 Indian Army invasion, the infamous Operation Blue Star, remembered by Sikhs as the Amritsar Genocide. Shaheed Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale and other Sikhs defended the sanctity of Akal Takht Sahib and attained martyrdom during the Indian Army assault. Akal Takht Sahib — the highest temporal seat of the Sikhs — was destroyed. More than 10,000 Sikh pilgrims, gathered at Darbar Sahib to commemorate the martyrdom of Guru Arjan Dev Ji, were massacred during the June 1984 assault. June 1984 laid the foundation for the present-day Khalistan movement — the struggle to liberate Punjab from Indian occupation and establish an independent Sikh homeland, Khalistan. The June 1984 attack was followed by the November 1984 Sikh Genocide, in which over 30,000 Sikhs were massacred across India. Sikhs then took up arms to defend their faith, their families and their homeland, beginning an armed struggle that continued through the mid-1990s. FROM BULLETS TO THE BALLOT Today, that struggle has moved from bullets to the ballot. The weapons of the 1990s armed struggle were AK-47s, rocket launchers and bullets. Today, the political weapon is the Khalistan Referendum ballot— a peaceful and democratic campaign for the liberation of Punjab from Indian occupation. Under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s regime, Sikhs in Punjab face an existential threat through three weapons: DRUGS. DEBT. DEMOGRAPHIC CHANGE. “Sikhs have the right to self-determination, and today we are exercising that right peacefully and democratically through the Khalistan Referendum,” Pannun said. The next Khalistan Referendum voting will take place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, on October 18.

Preetpal is now being jointly interrogated by the Delhi Police Special Cell and Intelligence Bureau. The arrests come as Modi turns Delhi into a security fortress for BRICS — deploying 15,000+ police personnel and nearly 200 paramilitary companies. On September 6, — Gurpatwant Singh Pannun SFJ General Counsel publicly released the video and declared: “If America supports Khalistan, we will break BRICS brick by brick.” theprint.in/india/dismantle-…
BRICS: SFJ’s SIKH HOMELAND SECURITY Raises Pro-America Slogans in Delhi DECLARES PRO-KHALISTAN GUERRILLAS WILL DISRUPT BRICS ***“If America Supports Khalistan, We Will Break BRICS Brick by Brick”*** — Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, SFJ General Counsel In a major geopolitical movement, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, General Counsel for Sikhs for Justice (SFJ), has issued a decisive statement targeting the upcoming BRICS summit, branding the alliance a direct challenge to United States supremacy. Labeling the coalition as a hostile bloc headed by “Hindutva Terrorist India’s Modi” alongside Russia and Iran, Pannun declared that pro-Khalistan forces are prepared to dismantle the alliance “brick by brick” to preserve American leadership and protect the U.S. Dollar from the BRICS currency trap. Khalistan Flag — Pro-Trump, Pro-America Slogans Raised in Delhi The pro-Khalistan guerrillas of the Sikh Homeland Security (SHS) raised the Khalistan Flag and pro-Trump, pro-America slogans in Delhi at Singhu Border; Rajiv Gandhi Sports Complex; and Guru Teg Bahadur Memorial Complex. “Modi’s BRICS Is Anti-Trump, Anti-America” “DISMANTLE Modi’s BRICS” Pannun warned India’s Modi that pro-Khalistan Sikhs are fully mobilized to disrupt the core BRICS summit operations scheduled for September 12th and 13th. A Strategic Transaction Offered to the Trump Administration Addressing U.S. President Donald Trump directly, SFJ General Counsel Pannun’s statement outlines a formal proposition to align the geopolitical interests of an independent Khalistan with the “America First” agenda. Asserting that the Modi regime is “sleeping with America’s enemies” while playing a double game with Washington, Pannun framed the establishment of a sovereign Sikh homeland in Indian-occupied Punjab as a vital strategic asset for America. “President Trump, you want to secure America First? You want to protect the U.S. Dollar from BRICS? You want boots on the ground against China, Russia, and Iran? Then the Trump Administration must support a sovereign Sikh homeland,” Pannun stated. The statement guarantees that the Sikh Homeland Security (SHS) will serve as America’s most loyal boots on the ground in South Asia to permanently destroy BRICS, isolate India, contain China, and subdue Russia. Ultimate Sacrifice for Liberation While emphasizing that the movement is currently utilizing the ballot as its primary weapon to democratically liberate Punjab from Indian occupation via the global Khalistan Referendum, Pannun stated that pro-Khalistan forces are ready to use the “Weapon” of America’s choice to disintegrate, dismantle, and balkanize the Indian state. Reaffirming an unyielding commitment to the cause despite facing intense threats to his life, Pannun concluded with a message of defiance: “I do not fear the consequences from anyone. I am not afraid of death, and I am not afraid of India’s bullets. I am ready to die to liberate Punjab from Indian occupation, and I am ready to die to keep America supreme always.” About Sikhs for Justice (SFJ)
