Because of my sore ass throat and the water in the U.S tasting like pool water due to it having chlorine and 25% tap water into it, I’ve barely been able to hydrate properly. Still struggling to swallow anything without pain. Went to the doctor today and he said I’m borderline needing IV’s, asking if I’ve thrown up or not😭 Luckily I only experienced nausea, body pains, and a headache, but omg I didn’t know I was that dehydrated, and am struggling to even fix it bc my throat hurts like hell😅
